房間味道很重，開了那麼久竟然還有油漆味+甲醛，房間的設備都是質量很差的，洗澡水流很小，水管漏水，用完直接整個房間水漫金山，到第二天白天整個房間地板也還都是濕的；另一個房間的蓮蓬頭還是裂開的，導致水流小的像眼淚水一樣。。。房間晚上很冷，沒有暖氣和電熱毯，空調保不了温，凌晨4點多大家都被冷醒了。導致第二天都冷感冒了，大家都知道在高原地區感冒是很危險的！
提供的早餐基本全是冷的，沒法吃，用的是速食預製菜，最後我們幾乎沒怎麼吃，還好自己泡了點自帶的泡麪吃完就走了。
最重要的是服務意識也很差，我們説早餐冷的沒法吃，服務員衹回覆你：是的，它就是這樣的。跟老闆反饋嘛，知錯認錯態度蠻好，但都是表面工作，純忽悠，知錯不改。
千萬別聽他們給你的承諾，不然就衹能自己後悔，除非你真的真的沒其它住的地方可以選，不然哪怕睡在車裡都比在這裏強。
朋友們千萬聽勸，別聽他們説了什麼，要看他們做了什麼。大坑，別入就行。

設施：小瑞士風，全都是小木屋，看着很舒服！設施比起一般的營地，配套也好很多！
衞生：每個房間都很乾凈。
環境：很安靜，適合放空！
服務：用餐很方便～火鍋很好吃！

房間的空調壞了沒有提前告知，裝修的味道還能聞到，衞生間下水有問題，洗完澡水漫金山，問小哥可以提供塑料拖鞋啊，被告知沒有。早餐前一晚跟小哥説九點送到，因為要趕後面的行程，結果九點半才送到，催促也沒有，服務衹能説差強人意吧。説點好的地方，晚飯點菜送到房，粵菜口味不錯。房間外面有露營椅，早上在露營椅上吃早飯很愜意。

帳篷條件一般，比較小，主要是衝著自然環境來住了一晚，房門因為地基下沉變形，有些難鎖，店員小哥幫忙弄了好久。基本都能接受，就是晚上洗澡，水超級小，而且忽冷忽温，天氣挺冷的衹能簡單沖一下草草了事，這點不太好。早餐是套餐送到房門口，品類不少，但因為衹能在露台上吃（房間裏沒地方），很快就涼了，所以就湊合吃兩口，然後灰喜鵲們就要來吃自助了。遠離城鎮，適合夜裡看星星
