Hanting has always been my first choice for travel accommodation. It has good service and clean and tidy rooms. This time I chose the train station branch in Luoyang, which is just opposite the train station. The train arrived at around 5 o'clock in the morning, and I walked to the hotel for a few minutes. I planned to store my luggage first and then start to visit the attractions. As a result, the front desk clerk helped me check the room situation and checked in for me and my family at 6 o'clock in the morning. As a hotel I would give it approximately between four and 4.3 stars out of five. It's not a fancy hotel but the service especially of the front desk is very good. They are very helpful and friendly. In fact they helped me with photocopying some important documents and it's not their job and they didn't charge me any money for it. The cleaning staff is very thorough and they work very hard but they can be a little loud sometimes talking to each other in the hallway. But as soon as I mentioned it to the front desk they took care of it right away. So I really appreciate that. Also, the first room they gave me didn't smell very good. It was a little musky possibly because of guests who are smokers. As soon as I mentioned it to the front desk they gave me another room which was much better. Very clean, very comfortable, the bed was very comfortable and the bedding was Very warm. Also the heating system works very well. It keeps the room nice and warm in the winter. I would like to mention that the hot water shower faucet is extremely good. There's always hot water 24 hours a day to have a nice comfortable shower. I highly recommend this hotel.

What an amazing stay. The whole process from checking in and checking out went smoothly. The hotel is just a straight line walk from Luoyang railway station. It was easy to find. Room was great and comfortable for a night sleep. Hot water worked well, as did the wifi in the room. Reception staff also was ever willingly helped to store luggage when I checked out a bit earlier before my evening train. Just a few hundred meters away you can find the terminal for Bus 81 that goes to Longmen Grottoes. Overall, very happy with my stay here.

The restaurant of Atour Hotel in Xinduhui Railway Station is clean and hygienic. It does not receive tourist groups, and there is no fight or noise for breakfast. Relatives and friends will definitely recommend them to stay at Atour Hotel Xinduhui Railway Station when they visit Luoyang in the future.
