Ulasan Luoyang Huamao Chunsong Hotel

We booked this hotel for 2 nights because it is new and next to the Luoshenfu performance next door. Excellent hotel. So beautiful and spacious rooms with separate bathroom and toilet. Way beyond our expectations. Nice bath tub, shower room, projector TV, coffee machine with complimentary cookies and fruits and complimentary drinks in mini-bar. Robot delivering bottled water when requested. Absolutely love the hotel and wish we stayed longer. We will book this hotel again if we visit Luoyang. Chinese Restaurant had tremendous value. Delicious 9 course dinner including steam fish and lobster, taste really good. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant on both nights. The first night we were thoroughly impressed with the private dining room with ensuite toilet. Breakfast with good international selection of Chinese and Western options. Definitely the best hotel of our 2 weeks stay in China. Now we have a great impression of Luoyang because of the hotel. Only feedback is that it will be good if the toilet and bathroom lights can be separate so that at night when sleeping, guests can just switch on the toilet light and leave the rest of the room dark. Current dim light switch leaves bathroom still quite bright and glaring when sleeping. Other than this minor point, this hotel really wonderful and definitely a great hotel to stay in Luoyang!

Location is just 3 min drive from Luoyang Longmen Railway station. Staff are so active and fast support. This hotel is 5 star. Thanks all staff to give our trip wonderful.

Loved the location, quite serene, beautiful room, gym/quiet yoga space to work out. Breakfast spread selection was good, with a good international section, good selection of ham, cheese as well as as local dishes, noodles, fruits and even yogurt drink. We were impressed with the easy pickup service from train station and customer service from 赵嘉璐, 高高昊阳 through out our stay. She even recommended a noodle place (so very good) with yummy freshly baked meat pie, which is a local crusty pastry like bread with freshly stir-fry/BBQ donkey meat. Overall, all the service people we met there were kind and helpful. Thank you a lovely and warm stay in Luoyang 😍

Wonderful hotel. Clean & beautifully appointed both in hotel lobby & in room. Only small thing to take note is that bath tub is not fully enclosed so travelling with family is fine but may be slightly awkward to use bathtub if travelling with friends. Otherwise everything is fantastic. Favourite hotel for both me & my boy on this trip. Service was prompt & great too. Would stay here again if we go back to Luoyang.

Absolutely great new hotel - perfect room with bathtub, seating area & fridge. Loved the breakfast, loads of choice and all very good quality. Walkable from train station (10mins) and only 15 min taxi to the grottoes. Would love to go back another time.

Fantastic luxurious hotel with great service and food if you looking to for a quick trip to Luoyang. Location is perfectly near Grottos and helps you avoid the traffic jam in/out of town. High recommend even for non-Mandarin speaking guests

Very nice n new hotel. Next to the theatre we want to watch a show. Just a bit far from eating places.

Since it's a recently opened hotel everything is clean and new. Room is big and affordable. The food from the Chinese restaurant is very disappointing. Good thing is after giving feedback to the chef, the restaurant allowed us to return the dish.

This is a brand new hotel with the new building scents. I had to change the room because of the strange smell. It seems like the building was not built for a 5 star hotel as it does not have the required facilities and the cleanliness of a 5 star hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

前台的小馬和前前在辦入住時看見我有點感冒，主動倒了熱水。第二天走着急趕車 小鄧和小胡還特意為我們打包了早餐。前台服務很好，非常貼心！酒店的音樂像是在過年？？？哈哈，感覺和酒店的整體風格有些許的不搭 。整體來説這次出行非常滿意！

酒店環境很好，大堂很有設計感。酒店在高鐵站旁邊，前前，小鄧，小胡非常好 介紹的很全面，周圍景點和酒店內部的餐廳和健身房等等都介紹的很好！辦入住也很高效 上樓還有人指引 走廊的指示標識有點兒不清楚 由管家小董帶了路 講了哪邊更方便 講的很清晰👍早餐感覺菜品有點..有點 前台服務和環境很好可圈可點👌

酒店環境很好，客房很大。分別入住一晚大床和一晚景觀大床。近期似乎有大型會議，幾乎客房全滿，提前一天電話預約接站説會回電話結果到第二天也沒回，好在第二天再聯繫順利預約上了。前台辦理入住的女生全程臭臉，但是其他工作人員態度都很好。
