Beautiful lush hotel with a very relaxing atmosphere. Very comfortable bed with great bathroom and balcony. Buffet breakfast although had a wide selection, the food quality was only average. The Chinese restaurant within the hotel however had very good food. Amenities like pool, table tennis and gym were great. There was also payable karaoke and mahjong rooms. Staffs were all amazing and helpful. Perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

An exceptionally well run Resort/hotel. Check in was perfect. Breakfast was exceptional, including a lot of variety, very well staffed and sufficient space (some private rooms) even during morning peak demand. The room, except for some lighting/switch issues was exceptional. Bathroom amenities good. Swimming pool (25M) was very good (a little on the warm side) and very well staffed. In general, Yishui's staff is honed to almost military precision, inconspicuous but very attentive. Although not advertised as a tourist hotel the resort is very close to the Luoyang grottos, a brisk walk to the NE entrance or 10 minute taxi ride to the West entrance. Luoyang's high speed train station is a short taxi ride.

Ruofan at the front desk provided very good service. Overall, I was very satisfied. In April, Luoyang was beautiful with lush flowers. The hotel was elegant and grand. It is worth recommending.

The hotel has a beautiful environment, clean and comfortable bedding, and a lake view. It's very nice. Sasha at the front desk was also very considerate and helped us arrange a room with a good environment. I am very satisfied 👍

I booked a deluxe room, which is large, has a terrace, and a large dry and wet partition! The facilities are complete and the service is thoughtful. The bedding is clean. Fresh fruits were provided on the day of check-in. The breakfast was rich and varied. Thanks to Manager Ziwei for her enthusiastic service. It is highly recommended to drive near the Longmen Grottoes!

The hotel is very close to the Longmen Grottoes. The hotel environment is very nice and green. The hotel staff Xiaoshi who checked in was very nice and patient. She also introduced the route and some attractions very considerately. The overall feeling of the room was good and satisfactory.

I was very satisfied with my stay. Xiao Zhao at the front desk was very considerate and called me in advance to help me upgrade my room. The hotel is very large and close to the Longmen Grottoes, making it very convenient for travel. The buffet breakfast is rich and complete in variety. I recommend staying here!

The hotel rooms are spacious and elegant, the overall decoration is Chinese style, and the lobby is first-rate. There should be a large conference being held when we went to the hotel, but the various receptions were busy but not chaotic, which shows that the entire management team is well-trained. During the entire stay in the hotel, we could feel the heartfelt care of the hotel staff at all levels for the guests at all times. I recommend Yishui Hotel Luoyang Hotel for its service.
