I rented all 6 cabanas by the water. Big mistake because the mosquitos eat us alive. Fishing was good but a little difficult because a lot of boats were tight up with ropes around the shore. So we needed to be extra careful when you cast and real in. Inside the cabana was clean, but the beds mattresses were very hard and not to clean. Housekeeping came in after 2 days to change towels and clean the floor. The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. The water inside was all green and dirty. I spoke to the staff and they said would be fixed next day, but was never fixed. I booked this location because the swimming pool, so the kids could play in there. I had to travel to Gura Portitei with my family and friends to enjoy some splashing in the water and wasn't that cheap. All this because " Mr. ADMINISTRATOR" didn't know to do his job. When we left, we asked for a discount because we didn't benefit the swimming pool. We got nothing, because Mr. ADMINISTRATOR said the swimming pool was just an accessories not an all inclusive package. The staff and food was wonderful. To bad the person (Administrator) who should oversee everything is not qualified for this kind of business.
