Family Beach House With Beautiful Views, Huge Yard, Mooring Buoy, And Kayaking

Are you looking for a serene waterfront setting on a picturesque island in the San Juan Islands that's also close to the mainland? Do you want to wake up to beautiful ocean views with a private beach to explore tidepools and watch the local wildlife? Come and stay at the “Crabbin’ Cottage” for a great romantic getaway or vacation with the family. Our house is on a 3/4 acre waterfront lot with over 80’ of private waterfront. Lummi Island is the most accessible of the San Juans, and our house is a short bike ride away from the ferry, the Islander Store, and the Beach Store Cafe. Feel free to launch your boat a short drive down the road and use our mooring buoy in front of the house. In addition, it's a great spot for kayaking, biking, hiking, and beachcombing. The house is set up with an open kitchen that includes stainless appliances. There are two fireplaces (firewood is NOT provided) and a large deck to watch local boats and the Alaskan Ferry as you sip a hot cup of coffee or a glass of wine. There are 2 bedrooms with queen-sized beds. In addition, we have a spacious daylight basement which includes a wet bar and allows accommodations for up to four more people with a bunk bed and couch. This cozy house is equipped for both a short or long stay. We have a large, Smart TV with many movies to choose from, as well as games and books available for entertainment. Our hope is that our house will provide a place for you to make amazing memories with loved ones.
