Todo estuvo perfecto, infraestructura, personal, gastronomia. La calidez y amabilidad del equipo es para destacar. La bienvenida c un Torrontes, masajes y degustacion fue inmejorable. El sauna humedo, el fogonero privado y todo lo disponible en la habitacion supero nuestras expectativas. Felicitaciones !!!

Las suites son de otro nivel. Dificil de encontrar algo similar en la Argentina. La atención de cada detalle es especial. El restaurante La VidA es excepcional. La asistencia que recibimos para armar nuestra experiencia un fin de semana en mendoza fue de gran nivel.

A spectacularly beautiful property - oozing with style, sophistication, and privacy. The tree lined entrance gives way to this enchanted haven. I would have been content to stay in my villa the entire stay. Thanks to the kind and accommodating staff for facilitating memorable adventures including a helicopter tour into the Andes.

Las habitaciones son excepcionales al igual que el silencio y por lo tanto la calidad del sueño. El entorno muy agradable también. Es un excelente lugar para descansar. Los precios son un poco altos para un hotel 4 estrellas, a pesar desertificación un muy buen 4. La atención es meticulosa y excelente, lo único que les hace falta es un poco más de personal para que los tiempos no sean de espera. Lo volvería a elegir, aunque no para visitar Valle de Uco, que queda a casi dos horas de auto. Sí para descansar en la zona, my cercana a Mendoza capital y a Luján de Cuyo. Ocupamos la suite N°5, excelente

We had the most unforgettable honeymoon at Susana Balbo Winemaker's House & Spa Suites in Mendoza. This is an incredible choice for a romantic getaway. From the moment we arrived, we experienced personalized touches that made us feel truly special throughout our stay. I originally found this hotel on tik tok. Once I saw a video of the made to order baths in the stone soaking tub (which all 7 rooms have), I was sold. The in-room spa treatments are a great touch and incredibly affordable. The rooms are individual bungalows. They are immaculate rooms with thoughtful details, the housekeeping team exceeded all expectations with daily service including turn down each night where they left us different cookies to try. The food at the in house restaurant was divine, with beautifully crafted dishes (we did both the tasting menu and a la carte) and perfect wine pairings, all served by a warm and attentive staff. Breakfast is included with a wide selection of offerings you can enjoy in the restaurant or in your room. The hotel arranged private tours to local wineries, offering unforgettable wine tastings and stunning vineyard views. Including a winery that has a months long waitlist and they got is in 3 days before. The pool, surrounded by lush greenery, was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploration. In short, this hotel offered everything we wanted for a romantic, luxurious honeymoon. Highly recommend! We are counting down the days until we can go back.
