It’s the third time our family stays at this hotel in Ludwigshafen and we all love it. The staff is attentive and friendly, breakfast is exquisite and the rooms are very comfortable. We look forward to our stay every time.

A great Businesshotel, but also worth a visit just for a short weekend trip, very friendly and helpful service, great comfortable and modern rooms, and great breakfast buffet , the Bed was absolutely extremely comfortable, nice room temperature and very quiet, so sleeping with windows open was a pleasure. Staff couldn’t have been lovelier. Pascal on the front desk was a star. Breakfast was outstanding with everything from cooked brekkie to fresh fruit and juices. The hotel is in a quiet spot and whilst the area has a business feel, we were pleasantly surprised how relaxing the trip was as a couple with lots of outside space for eating and relaxing. We hired bikes from the hotel which was great fun with lots of flat roads and bike lanes in the area.

We arrived at the hotel without a booking and the receptionist was very helpful in showing us a couple of different types of rooms. We selected the Deluxe room, but discovered to our grief that there was a problem with the bed. We got immediately upgraded to a better room and spent a very pleasant stay there. The room was tasteful, modern, comfortable, clean and quiet. I actually saw 3 different rooms, all of them I’d say are exceptionally good value for the money. The hotel staff we interacted with was simply beyond helpful and friendly, there was even a welcome drink included in the very reasonable hotel price, and the extremely friendly waitress asked in the morning at the end of our breakfast if we might like a glass of champagne. The breakfast buffet with chefs working the eggs-to-order was very well laid out, fresh, tasty, top quality. Having spent my fair share in business hotels, I must say that this experience was totally different, I can only congratulate the hotel management in having found such a brilliant staff. The hotel itself is modern and stylish. Would I come again ? Yes !

In allen Bereichen aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Das ist heutzutage leider nicht mehr selbstverständlich. Praktisch kompakte Zimmer, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstücksbuffet. Es sind in Summe die vielen angenehmen Details: absolut empfehlenswert.

Duitse degelijkheid, met daarnaast hele vriendelijke mensen en een heerlijk restaurant. De moeite waard. Kamers zijn perfect : schoon, alles functioneert en een heerlijk bed met aparte dekbedden en heerlijke kussens. Flesje water en een pepermuntje mee voor de terugreis. helemaal top.
