My experience in maple leaf hotel is good it's ambience, the hotels modern design and sleek architecture is very good, the staff was helpful and friendly and going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable the room was spacious and cleaned hotel location was also perfect within walking distance

Location is good . Lots of eateries around but only improvements could be about bed linen . Dirty linens given but they changed after requests

horrible experience, have booked 2 rooms just for one day stay with family, and what was extraordinary that we have been allowed to check in when we arrived at 10 in morning, they asked for extra Rs 1000 per room for early check-in and which was the double of booking amount. So, beware before coming in trap of this cheap hotel. Rude behavior of receptionist and washroom was not in working condition. No cleanliness. Pathetic service. Had to catch train in evening so didn't check-in all amount wasted in booking 2 rooms. waste of money, and spoilt the day :(

Not a good property and in comparison with the cost and stay, it is found to be very expensive. Rooms and rest of hotel area is not good

No eminities as described Small room. Water leakage in bathroom. Untidy mattress and towel. Liquid soap in bathroom was filled ages back.
