Overall rating-3. 5/5. You can go with your family, friends to stay
however they refused to serve the complementary water bottles in morning during at check out day. Not found satisfactory for this behaviour. Check in time is very inappropriate 2pm, that should be 11am or 12 as per many hotels they did. Washroom condition may improve.

It was nice expereience. It was neat and value for money. I recently stayed at golden orchid hotel in lucknow, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would rate it around 3. 5 stars out of 5, mainly due to the food hygiene and cleanliness standards, which were generally good but not without areas for improvement. The hotel’s cleanliness was commendable. The rooms were tidy, and housekeeping did a decent job of maintaining the space throughout my stay. The bed linens were clean, and the bathroom was functional, although a little more attention to detail in cleaning around the corners would have been appreciated. When it comes to food hygiene, the buffet spread was quite impressive, offering a range of local and international dishes. However, i noticed that some of the food items could have been fresher. The presentation of the food was good, but certain dishes seemed to lack the desired temperature, which could be a concern for food safety. I appreciated that the staff followed basic hygiene protocols, but the overall food experience left a little to be desired in terms of variety and freshness. In conclusion, while the golden orchid hotel offers a decent stay with solid cleanliness and food options, there's still room for improvement in both areas to make it truly outstanding.

Room was good and well mentioned but breakfast was not good. There no option to take breakfast on own choice, a fixed limited menu was given every day. There should be buffet breakfast system.

Overall the hotel is good. The toilet of western type wc fallen down while using. The the plumber came after calling he couldn't fix it promptly. There us no ventilation or exhaust fan in there in the toilets. Hence there is horrible smell after using.

Value for money hotel near Lucknow university.20min from Hazrargunj. Nice clean environment nearby. Good food. Big clean room. Friendly and helpful staff. Bathroom is good and big. Love to stay again.

I stayed here for 2 days. There was no problem in finding the location, the neighbourhood was pretty decent and the hotel was on the main road. The staff was extremely courteous and polite. The rooms were huge with a tremendous floor area. A mini-refrigerator was provided although it didn’t contain anything! I would have given it a 5-star but for the fact that it did not have a functioning in-house restaurant (I was told that it is being renovated). Nevertheless, I do recommend this hotel for a short stay in Lucknow.
