The room is clean and nice.

My husband and I, Sandra and James Sims began our stay beginning April 8, 2025 and stayed 4 months due to work. I had the honor getting to know each member of all departments.First of all, the Kitchen staff is amazing. Chef Antonio, Chef Ethan and Chef Cowboy and their assistants take pride in their work and the food is absolutely amazing. Thanks for the extra 10 lbs. Lol. The next department I want to recognize is the Restaurant /Bar staff. I want to thank Sheri, Britni, Ryan, Micah, Dylan, Shelby, Megan and Hannah. I sincerely want to thank you for the excellent service and professionalism you showed us. You are all very special to me. The front desk staff is very professional and outgoing. I became very close to them. I appreciate Crystal, Breezy, whom I adore greatly, Anthony and Scott. Anything I needed, they were always there for me. The housekeeping department is excellent. I had this sweet lady that took care of my room and I thank you sweet Jennifer. When she cleans, she does it 100%. Last of all, I have to say that we stay at alot of hotels and deal with alot of Managers. Dee, the Assistant General Manager, is a gentleman and is always there if you need his assistance. Shannon is one of the best General Managers I ever had the honor to meet. She treats her employees with respect and dignity. She is an absolute wonderful person and is an excellent Manager. I will miss each of you and thank you for treating us like family. Excellent, excellent!!!!

I stay at this property frequently because we host a monthly business meeting there. Excellent service, restaurant, and bar! Dee is especially helpful and always cheerful. Always good to see him.

Breakfast when you’re just walking up and have grumpy teens turns positive and goes super smoothly with Shelby. Thanks for being the perfect hostess & server at breakfast!

We will only stay at this Doubletree Hilton whenever we travel to Lubbock because of top tier service and kindness and a “can do” attitude exhibited by team members like Brandon Breezy.
