We really enjoyed our stay! Not only were the rooms clean and comfy, the meals were varied and tasty, the location was so convenient, and the staff were so cheerful. Mimi at reception was especially helpful, she helped us book a tour to the hmong villiage and Kuang Si waterfalls, which was a great price and very interesting.

A nice hotel that belonging to Laos air.the swimming pool is wonderful. Service is wonderful too.espsially Miss Miming.the beautiful girl can speak wonderful English and very kind and smart. A unforgettable trip.

Friendly and welcoming staff at reception. Good English spoken. The bikes are great as the hotel is quite a distance from the main area. There are a few nice places walkable distance and it is walkable but if you did it multiple times it’d be tiring. Lao Airlines hotel so you can check in for your flight at the hotel. Rooms are a good size and beds comfortable. Nice pool and quiet, peaceful environment. Kettle in room with tea and coffee. Rooms seem worn and could do with a refresh, especially the bathroom. Air conditioning is needs updating as it struggles to cool the room. Only one plug socket by the side of the bed. Lots of small flys in my room which should have been cleaned/removed before I checked in. Likely due to low season so less people/cleaning less often. I went out in the morning and hung “please clean room” on my door but when I came back 6 hours later nothing had happened. They didn’t clean my room, change towels etc through my stay. Neighbouring hotels have shuttle service. This would really improve the hotel. Overall, it was ok for two days but probably wouldn’t go back unless it was modernised.

Muangthong Hotel is a short walk away from Luang Prabang’s night market and town center. The hotel staff are very friendly and informative. We had a very peaceful stay at the hotel and enjoyed using the swimming pool and sitting on the balcony. We used the hotel bicycles to get around the town quickly and the staff arranged tours outside of the town for us which were great. We didn’t add breakfast to our booking but the buffet looked delicious!

Wonderful style hotel, friendly and helpful staffs

Staff were exceptional. Special mention for receptionist Mimee who went above and beyond assisting with a birthday cake and other things. Well done to the hotel for having staff like her. Breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. Free bikes was a nice option to have. Pool was lovely. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel.

中心部まで歩いていける上、閑静なエリアに位置しており落ち着いて滞在できる。自転車の無料貸し出しをしている。ラオス国営航空の系列になっているらしく、航空会社譲りかスタッフのサービスレベルも高く英語も問題なく通じる。建物は古く部屋は少々暗いが、伝統的建築をイメージしたつくりになっているからかそこまで問題ではない様に感じる。機能性や清潔さが気になる人は注意が必要かもしれない。朝食はあまり種類はない。

酒店位置距離夜市步行十分鐘，晚上很安靜。而且酒店建築是一個完整的回字形，中心是酒店的游泳池，房間門都朝向院子內，外面街道的聲音傳不進來。房間內部設施齊全，木製地板和壁板感覺很有東南亞特色。早餐很豐盛。美中不足之處是房間裏的壁掛空調聲音太大了。

酒店離夜市、普西山、湄公河、香通寺都很近，步行十來分鐘可達，酒店位置在小巷裡，相對比較安靜，早餐也算豐富衞生，工作人員很熱情～美中不足的是房間裏Wi-Fi信號幾乎為零，設施設備較老舊。

環境：環境很好，特別東南亞風格。雙層小木屋🏡 帶有泳池，二樓有露台有桌椅適合坐着看看📚 衞生：衞生很乾凈，被子啥的都香香的。地板拖的很乾凈光滑，拖鞋會溜很好。 服務：服務很好，會幫忙搬行李🧳 早餐味道不錯😌

環境挺好，位置也很好，離夜市很近。 早餐也挺好，服務也不錯，門口可停車。 房間面積也還可以。 木質地板樓梯，如果客房全住滿，肯定會有點影響。
