Flights got canceled so we couldn’t stay at the hotel. The hotel refused to refund anything.

整個酒店設計裝修以及佈置都非常有東南亞特色，床品也很舒服，兩個泳池其中一個水淺一些温度也高一些，還有一個窄的泳池水深一些冷一些。辦理入住的時候服務還可以，我們還給了小費，本來一切體驗都還可以，直到我吃早餐的時候才發現餐廳其中一個女服務員是歧視呢還是不懂裝懂自作聰明，我全程英文跟她交流我點的東西還諮詢了我不懂的地方，結果給我上菜的之後缺斤少兩的，點的東西也是貨不對板，整個體驗感就這段經歷最可惜，毀了這麼多好的體驗。而且後來才發現有中文菜單但是服務人員也不主動給我們。老撾人感覺就是害羞還是怎麼的反正服務員接待的有熱情的也有一直躲着我們的，莫名其妙。第一天外出的時候錢包放在房間內的當天發現少了300塊人民幣，雖然不確定到底是不是酒店人員拿的，但是還是提醒去的人一定要收拾好貴重物品。外出去逛的時候遇到會説中文的不管是同胞還是老外一定要提防，他們就覺得中國人錢多人傻要麼就是太大方會坑你，其次就是夜市早市都可以講價的。

酒店由幾幢別墅組成，內部環境和裝飾還是非常有特色的，房間也很大，有個小遊泳池，還是可以游泳。但是但是，房間的設施實實在太舊了，尤其是空調，聲音非常大而且就在床頭，簡單沒法用。半夜了空調還漏水，居然直接滴到你枕頭上，一晚上沒睡好，東南亞的天氣沒有空調怎麼睡覺。第二天馬上退房換酒店。最貴的價格，極差的設施，就是個大民宿

位置在主城區，尤其驚喜的是從後門出去就是睡蓮餐廳，於是請前台幫忙預訂Manda de laos晚餐。早餐很棒，米粉是細粉絲，味道很好。暗紅的木窗格、花園小徑、亭台樓閣、移步換景， 別有洞天。前台的女生和經理Dao熱情周到，推薦的viewpoint cafe很棒！換kip、預訂Mekong cruise都有求必應，非常好的體驗！

太喜歡啦，各種細節，安靜平躺的首選，我是冬天過年去的，除了泳池水太涼下不去，滿足對熱帶綠洲度假小別墅的一切幻想！食物也很美味哦～

非常有氛圍..建築本身和庭院都非常有年代感..房間內的陳設傢俱基本上都可以稱為古董…入住時有當殖民者的感覺….但是現代化方面就比較差..空調老舊..沒有電視..沒有任何的智能設備…

酒店太美了，就在酒店裡拍照都能拍上一整天，晚上餐酒吧點點小吃，來杯雞尾酒，氛圍拉滿。絕對值得來體驗一番。

酒店小眾精緻，就好像自己擁有了一座大宅子，服務周到熱情，家人過生日還專門送來蛋糕。推薦！

This hotel is in my top 5 of my the best places I’ve stayed! I do not understand why this hotel is not designated as a “small luxury hotel”. The service was fabulous, location ideal, wonderful food, and the atmosphere is stunning. I loved every little detail…whether it was using the bikes for free, able to see the morning monk alms outside the hotel, the welcome drink, breakfast, and decor. This place really made our trip feel special. I would also recommend the private Mekong River sunset cruise and order take out food from the restaurant. Enjoyed the pool, bar, and recommendations from the staff.

Very nice heritage hotel, well situated in the city - less than 30 minutes walk from the old city but quiet enough - although noisy construction works next door ... Very careful staff. Nice restaurant for breakfast or any time during day and evening. Well supplied bar too.

We loved our stay here—just a magical setting with kind and welcoming staff. Beautiful, comfortable rooms, great service, spa, and pool. Restaurant is terrific and well-priced. Staff is so helpful with whatever you need to navigate Luang Prabang. Fantastic gift shop.

It is really nice place, nice location, central but quite, less than 10 minutes walk to night market! Staff super welcoming and excellent service. Breakfast very nice and well prepared, a la carte by nice! I wish i could have stay one more day to try the spa!

A very comfortable hotel housed in a colonial building close to town but set back from the street and very quiet. Rooms are large and comfortable and the bed has mosquio netting which is helpful. The restaurant serves good local and international food in an open-air settind, there is also a pool and spa. Recommend highly.

The property is charming with the standout feature a beautiful Lilly pond in the centre courtyard. Our room was beautiful and spacious with shuttered windows and a four-poster bed. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts, alternating between the different omelettes on offer accompanied by fresh fruit and pastries. We would highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Luang Prabang.
