The hotel is in good condition. Nice. Can't complain. Only thing the electicity was gone for a few hours in st maarten and the hotel has no generator. So we couldn't access our rooms.

STAY AWAY!!! This place may look modern and clean online, however, in reality it is the exact opposite! Upon arrival we were given a room and everything seemed normal, that changed quickly. First, the safe in the room was not working then that became the least of our worries because the bathroom flooded! After traveling all morning we wanted to refresh ourselves but that caused a huge problem. Apparently you can’t throw toilet paper in the toilet, we did not know this was a thing, the entire bathroom floor was filled with water and pouring out into the bedroom. We alerted the front desk to which they responded with they don’t have anyone to clean and proceeded to hand us a mop and bucket to clean the water. After some back and forth they agreed to let us change rooms. We received a room on the top floor of the hotel and left to go about our day. When we returned in the night time we showered but the water was very low pressure. The next morning when we woke up we tried to shower and brush our teeth but mid shower the water started to slow down then there was absolutely no water!!!! We alerted the front desk once again and they said there had been issues with water on that floor so we were allowed to use a room on the ground floor to shower. Again, we left the hotel for the day after this and did not arrive until later that night. We were hoping that we would get to shower properly that night in our room but the same thing happened!! No water!! We again told the front desk and again we had to use another room. In the morning it was the final straw! We woke up and there was absolutely no water, not even a drip so we told the manager of the hotel. While in the lobby there seemed to be many other guests walking around with their towels asking what happened to the water. I simply could not take it anymore and had to leave the hotel!!

Ubicado en una de las mejores zonas de la isla, es céntrico a las playas más exclusivas y hermosas del lugar, tienes todo lo que necesitas para una estancia plena y placentera, sin duda me quedaría muchas más veces con ellos

It was comfortable, only down side is the dated tech ( such as the TVs, WiFi connections, blow dryers or lack thereof)

The hall way was dirty. There was hair in my shower not clean properly. There was no towels of any kind in the room. I checked in later that evening about 7pm and can’t take a shower.Had to use one my t shirts as a towel never experienced that in my life. Will never say at the hotel again.

The area and lobby of the hotel was very nice, clean and open. The staff was very friendly. The room was quite small, smelled like moth balls, only came with 2 bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths, and the shower curtain blew in on me while showering thus getting water all over the floor.
