The Cliff at Cupecoy Beach is the most upscale Condominium in the Caribbean and nothing can compare to it! My condo is located on the 2nd floor with Beautiful Ocean Views.The Balcony has nice patio furniture and you can see passing cruise ships and sailboats along with the Most Spectacular Sunsets.
My condo is a Large Apartment 2 King beds and 1 bath unit. The square footage is 1550
I also have a sofa bed in the living room.The bedroom has a King-sized bed,full bath with a combination glass-enclosed shower/jacuzzi tub,double/sinks /dual vanity.
The living room has a 50 inch led tv with a dvd player.The Cliff has a tennis court, outdoor pool, 2 hot tubs,indoor pool and on-site Christian Dior Spa. Gated free parking along with 24 hour Security is included.

May Celebratory Vacation
We were very satisfied with our 2 week stay at The Cliff. The location to Mullett Beach, grocery stores, restaurants was exceptional. The property is kept spotless and the pool was top notch. Mario’s Bistro in The Cliff was an outstanding meal to end off our vacation. Joe was easily accessible and very quick to respond to our needs. Definitely would recommend.

The Cliff is a must!
Joe's place was a perfect home base for us to enjoy St. Maarten. The unit was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we could possibly need. The building itself is perfect! Great amenities, great location and right next to the best beach on the island. Joe's communication was great and make this a very easy process. We will be back!

Paradise in SXM
A perfect location for a long or short stay. The condo is beautiful and the facilities are top notch. Right on one of the most unique beaches on the island and steps away from multiple restaurants, bars and grocery stores. The staff are friendly and attentive and make you feel right at home. Great vacation choice!
Spent 10 days at The Cliff, the host Joe was top notch, every amenity you could think of, great communication throughout entire process. We look forward to our next trip to this beautiful island.

The Cliff Review
I was contacted by the owner of the property and it was nice to speak rather than text, which makes it so much more appealing. the flat was huge and spacious clean and very nice, i love the decor and the views. the overhaul are was amazing, we had a great time. thanks Joe, you are fabulous and the flat and your communication is above 5 stars.

This is a lovely property. The location on St Martin is great. Joe was great to deal with from the start. We loved watching the sun set into the ocean from the deck. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and facilities
The Cliff is a really nice condo in a great location on the beachfront with full facilities for the guests.
Overall a great stay at this apartment, all arrangements were super easy and we enjoyed staying there. Kudos to Joe the owner for making everything easy for us. We would definitely stay there again.
