The Carlton Manor Hotel

What a fantastic place to stay . The staff are the best , They are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much . We were made to feel so welcome by everyone from the moment we walked through the door . An incident happened and staff could not have helped more . Thankyou again from us both x The building is so clean and decorated well. The room we stayed in was a disabled twin room. It was in a good location in the building and accommodated my friend very well. An excellent night's sleep in very comfy beds for both of us . There is a sun trap seating area out front that needs attention and weeding but it was still warm , quiet and tranquil. We ate dinner , tea and breakfast in the restaurant , and 'thank you 'to the chefs, it was all 10/10. This really is a great place to stay and we rarely go anywhere twice but am already looking at booking for the near future , and am recommending to friends and family x

This was the second visit to The Coach House and I can only say the place is fabulous. The staff were so welcoming, very obliging and friendly. I ate in the restaurant, the food was beautiful. My room was the family room as it was the last one available, very nice, spotlessly clean, comfortable, great WiFi connection, tea & coffee. All in all the place is fantastic thank you very much for your hospitality and welcome.

THE BEST IN THE AREA ,very lovely rooms and staff ,very pet friendly our dogs were able to sit with us for dinner and breakfast ,and they had Sausages in bowls brought out from the kitchen for breakfast THIS HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN AND FRIENDLY ,WOULD NOT HESITATE TO BOOK A STAY AT THIS FANTASTIC HOTEL

This is a comfortable hotel with a fantastic team of staff who will always try their best to make you feel welcome, comfortable and relaxed. Conveniently located with character that the chain hotels don't have and attention to detail which is done through a genuine desire to make your stay a positive one.

What an amazing couple of nights stay. We truly enjoyed ourselves. The staff are so friendly and nothing is any trouble. Rooms are immaculate and beds very comfortable. Large menu with lots of choice for lunch and dinner and a great range at breakfast. We stayed in a family superior room which was great. One large double bed and a sofa bed (also another single available if needed). Lots of space and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. We will definitely be visiting again and telling family and friends. Highly reccomend.

I booked The Sun Lounge room for our surprise hen party. From the initial enquiry to the night of our event the service was wonderful, always friendly and helpful, going over and above to make sure our party we happy. The buffet food was lovely and the function room and garden are beautiful. I’d highly recommend The Coach House, Suffolk
