We had a good stay here. Shout out especially to Adam who went above and beyond to help us and make us feel comfortable. He was very friendly, down to earth and genuinely cared about our stay. The room was comfortable and roomy. It had a fridge/freezer that was very helpful to us. It stayed nice and cool at night having an AC that went lower than 65. Only caveats are the elevator had a smell to it/was blowing hot air. The hallways smelt like people had left out food for some time. Room darkening shades would be helpful and a lighter sleeper may want to stay on the side of the hotel that is away from the traffic. All in all it met our expectations and was very reasonably priced. Would stay again.

Do you want your belongings to be there when you leave? Even more important, do you want to feel safe that hotel staff won't enter your room when they have no do cause (i.e., housekeeping, etc...). Well, don't stay here! Let me tell you that this place is not safe at all. My hotel room was broken into twice during my stay. Once, while I was not there. They took some items. The second time, I was there! Yes, I was in my boxers sleeping and someone kept knocking on my door. I didn't request housekeeping, it was late in the afternoon I believe anyways. Nobody knew where I was. So I'm like "who is knocking on my door...i'm sleeping." Then this little sly maintenance guy, the short guy with kinda long hair. I'm a 5'6 dude and he is shorter than me. This little sly guy, used his master key card and opened my door. I was like ***, hell no. I tell you what. I jumped up so fast and got to that door like superman. He was like "I wanted to talk to you about house rules". I'm like "excuse meeeee". You assumed nobody was in here cause I didn't answer my door. WRONG! So you opened my door to talk to an empty room....or to talk to the walls? What would you have done if I wasn't here. I don't think you would have talked to the walls. Now, think about this folks. Your GF, your wife, your little one, not clothed and this little guy comes in using his master key card to do who knows what! SERIOUS THREAT at this hotel. BEWARE!

Honestly, I like the hotel. What soured it for me is when two of the staff told us we had to leave. We're homeless & I assume these two employees don't like people who are homeless. It's also very strange that their website now says no cats, but dogs are okay. But prior to checking in it never said that (You don't think of taking a screenshot) What if I had a gerbil or rabbit...Would they be allowed? We're being FORCED to leave with no transportation & no place to go. because we have a cat. These two employees must not like cats either. The sad part is, we have been at this hotel since July 31, 2023 & when we checked in the front desk clerk mentioned how cute our cat was. It's really disheartening when you are homeless, trying to keep your family intact, & get treated like a 3rd class citizen. The rudeness from these 2 employees really hit a nerve as I used to run a hotel. If I had treated a guest like they are treating me & my family...I would have been fired. I've had a sextuple bypass on my heart, carotid artery surgery, half of my right for has been amputated. My wife can't walk due to her legs. Up to the point when these 2 employees did what they did, things were going well...My wife took slow walks to smoke outside, we took out our trash every day, never gave anyone any trouble. Met some other guests that are pretty cool. This hotel is nice, but a handful of employees soured it. I give it one star. I used to be in the hotel/restaurant management industry and was a GM of a competitor's hotel. If any of my employees treated a guest like I have been, they'd be FIRED immediately. I think the Choice Brand needs to review this hotel unannounced and find out for themselves about how these two employees treat the guests that stay here. One or fewer stars due to staff arrogance, rudeness, & intolerance of any animal other than dogs. My cat is an Emotional Support Animal & to tell us after a month that we can't have her with us...That's insane & intollerable.

We were a little concerned as we pulled into the parking lot. This is a hotel that is somehow tucked into a neighborhood. Very spartan in its offerings and little decoration, but it was a perfectly fine place to stay. Don't expect extras, but you'll have a nice place to sleep and shower. It did have a fridge/microwave. Give it a chance, the price makes it worth it!

When we arrived at hotel , no one was at front desk we had to call to get someone to check us in. We were not provided enough towels, ask house keeping for more they said they would drop them off to us they never only to find out you have to get them a front desk which is hardly ever open When we arrived in room the beds looked as though they had been slept in and not changed lucky for me I brought my own bedding The room was tired , it had a hole through the bathroom door, Also they claim the have 24 hour survalance,yet there was drinking and partying in the parking outside our window with loud voices and yelling until way after 2 am never been at a hotel were that was okay Absolutely do not recommend clearly they do not care about their guests
