You will love the convenience of Sunswept 303. The condo is located on the first floor next to the pool. Parking is right outside the front door so you won't have to deal with long walks from a parking garage or waiting for an elevator. Beach access is on the south side of the comlex. The condo has a King size bed in the bedroom, a kitchen with the essentials, and the living room includes a hide-a-bed couch that can sleep 2 additional guests. There are televisions in the Living room and bedroom with basic cable. The unit includes a washer and dryer. The patio has seating with a view of the pool. Wireless internet is also included so feel free to stream your favorite shows and movies. We have loved this complex since our first stay. We really like the quiet atmosphere of the east end of the beach. You will be close to St. Andrews state park, the marinas, and Shell Island. Should you decide to venture to the west end of the beach, Pier Park is only 20 minutes away via Back Beach Rd. We pride ourselves on offering a clean, well-maintained condo at an affordable price. We think you will love it just as much as we do. We have Direct TV stream and Xfinity apps on the TV for you to use. The Xfinity App has the 4 local stations for the area... ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC. The Direct TV app has 130 channels to choose from. You are free to install your own apps to stream, but Please don't uninstall or logout our account on XFinity or Direct TV.
