What a gem of a hotel. Lovely spa attached and Lydia is too wonderful. Fell asleep whilst she did my facial. The staff are so helpful and cannot do enough for you organizing everything you need. Rooms are lovely and big. Good value for money.

Fantastic room with nice view. Room was very spacious and had a balcony on one side and a small terrace on the other to take in the view from two different angles. Warm and friendly staff. Breakfast was great. They offered a nice variety to choose from.

Don't be fooled by the pictures on other website or booking. The cameras don't look like that at all. Only a few are modernized, the rest have outdated furniture, unrenovated bathroom, but on the website and on booking they are presented as being in good condition and as being modern. We rented Two Loft bedroom and were shocked by how the room looks in reality. The manager was very aggressive, he refused to return the money. Avoid this hotel!!!

The Alley Hotel is a fantastic boutique hotel centrally located in the heart of Argostoli. Meters from the marina and metres from the main square, shops and restaurants but hidden away from the noise and bussle in a quiet side street. The hotel has great staff able to communicate in several languages and the rooms are spotless and cleverly designed for extra space and comfort. The breakfast offers a variety of food to suit all tastes and is located in the nicest surrounding whether taken in the garden or inside. The Alley Hotel has a contemporary vibe and feel and would suit couples as well as families.

Lovely hotel,quiet ,clean and modern and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. The Spa is a definite must do, staff lovely and prices very good. Location of hotel is perfect. Right on the marina front where you can walk along the promenade for about a mile, passing plenty of eateries and watching the turtles. Plenty of shops too. Loads to see and do. We stayed 10 nights and did not hire a car. To your left on the promenade is the port where there are half hourly ferries to lixouri or buses to nearby lassi, both of which have nice beaches. We did the semi private tour with George who was a gem and so knowledgeable of the area - that's a great day out 😁

Really good central spot. You can park anywhere as the parking is free off the roads nearby. Beautiful modern hotel and the staff are fantastic. Our room was beautiful, big balcony too. Breakfast was included and there was lots of choice. Highly recommend

Stayed for I night in May. What a find! More helpful staff you couldn't wish for. We were able to leave our luggage when we arrived early, check-in was straightforward, our room lovely and a couple of problems sorted without any fuss. Add a fantastic night's sleep on a super comfy bed and a plentiful breakfast, what more could you ask for? Also treated myself to a facial at the spa - another great experience. If we return Kefalonia again, I know where I want to stay. Well done to you all at The Alley Hotel!

Great location (around the corner from the main square), really good breakfast, clean hotel and rooms, helpful staff, everything in working order. We had one minor maintenance issue that was dealt with right away. Our group had three rooms last week and everyone enjoyed the stay. The one person that used the fitness area said that it had all the basics.

We stayed at the Alley Hotel in June 2023, for 1 week. It is located between the harbour and the main square in Argostoli town, easy walking distance from the ferry and from the shops and restaurants. The hotel is well run, the rooms are spacious, well maintained and clean, and are serviced daily. Breakfast was well presented, and there was a good variety of items to chose from. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. I would recommend this hotel, and would stay here again.
