Perfect location for those who want to stay near the drains station, hotel is just on the opposite side of the station. Buses to grotto is available in front of the train station.

The people at the hotel were very nice as usual. This is my fourth time stayed no at the hotel , I always travel with my sister. Great location and great customer service

The hotel is really near the station so it's really eazy for people who visited Lourdes for the first time. You just need to cross the street. The interiors look really nice and the staff are friendly. The room is also nice and big enough. It also near the Sanctuary, you only need to walk a couple of minutes. Our experience has been great, thankyou so much Best Western!!

The view from the hotel was breathtaking. Very calm and serene atmosphere, I expected the rooms to be a little bigger, but I guess the architecture is different everywhere.

We enjoyed our 2 night stop over. And would stay again. Staff very attentive.

Parking not close to the hotel and very difficult to get to the hotel. No access code. Waste time and frustrating

The hotel is great but the Restaurant is amazing, wetter you are staying at the hotel or not this restaurant is open to all. The food was the best we had tasted in all of France.

The staff are very friendly and very accommodating. The hotel and the room is very clean. It’s an ideal place going to Lourdes. It’s right next to the train station and 15 minute walk to the Grotto
