Hotel Bourre Bonne Louisville, Curio Collection by Hilton

We recently stayed at the Bourre Bonne Hotel in Louisville for four days, choosing it specifically for what looked like a perfect poolside getaway. Unfortunately, the pool, the main reason we booked this hotel was closed during our entire stay. There was no mention of this closure during booking or in any communication beforehand, which was incredibly disappointing given that we planned this trip around relaxing by the water. To make matters worse, we saw that the Omni Hotel just down the street had their pool open, so this wasn’t due to weather or a city-wide issue, just a lack of transparency on Bourre Bonne’s part. The hotel itself is beautiful the design is elegant, the rooms are clean, and the atmosphere is upscale. However, when we expressed our disappointment, the only compensation offered was two free drinks, which honestly didn’t make up for four days of missed relaxation. While we appreciated the aesthetic and service overall, it’s hard to recommend the experience when such a major amenity was unavailable without notice. If you're booking for the amenities, make sure to double-check everything before you commit.

From the moment I arrived in this beautiful hotel,Nikolai showed me total attention to detail. I commend this gentleman highly. This hotel is beautiful and new. The staff I have encountered are great. The room was immaculate and the view excellent.
