This private one bedroom unit is the perfect quiet, country getaway with a beautiful sunrise for all seasons. The property is located right in the heart of Loudoun's Wine Country. A cozy one bedroom suite that can accommodate up to 4 guests. The suite includes 1 bedroom (king bed), living area (with queen sleep sofa), fully equipped kitchen, and 1 full bath with heated floors. The suite is attached to the primary residence, however, you will have sole access to the single point of entry into the suite. The host will be available as much or as little as you need! Amenities include Keurig coffee maker (with K-cups and creamer/sugar), smart TV, wifi, private entrance, and washer/dryer. Also included are bath towels, laundry detergent, bottled water, and light snacks. Guests are welcome to enjoy the views of the rolling pastures on the suite's private patio. Enjoy the spa-like bathroom with luxurious heated flooring. Relax and unwind in the spacious shower with rain shower head. We have extra toiletries should you find that you need some for your stay. We are located close to local wineries, such as Stone Tower Winery, Three Creeks, and The Barns. We are also close to wedding venues including Stone Tower Winery, Shadow Creek, Birkby House and Zion Springs.
