The complex as soon as you walk through entrance needs attention flooring at entrance in desperate need of replacing , our room 139 is at the top of large complex up 2 ramps 4 flights of stairs (58 steps) the only Bungalow we have stayed in that is up 4 flights of stairs . Room was VERY tired needs a good clean and renovation, bed and sofa bed very uncomfortable and obviously years old . Tiles need lifted and redone also walls , doors etc need a good clean . Bathroom was ok but shower dirty , shower needs a good steam clean to get rid of white scum over bathroom . Would have moved but only there for 5 nights . Worst apartments we have stayed in anywhere let alone Tenerife !!!

61 steps and a ramp to our apartment. The reception is in the lowest corner of the large complex, so if you have an apartment in the top corner, it's hard work. The apartment was dirty, broken tiles and furniture. Rusty bath with no shower curtain. The bathroom door lock was stuck open. Extractor fan doesn't work. Shower changes between cold to very hot depending on people flushing toilets (potentially dangerous for young children). Maid didn't come during our 2nd week, except when we requested clean towels. When we checked in we were told we didn't have to wear the wristbands, just take them to breakfast. After the first week the maid removed them from the room, and when we requested new ones, we were told off for not wearing them. No way am I wearing a bright orange wristband just for bed & breakfast. One of the night of the week the entertainment is free bingo, where the prizes are an ice cream, a drink voucher, or a bottle of wine. This is very poor because they are saving the cost of an entertainer that evening, so prizes should be better. Broken tiles and large gaps between tiles in public areas where kids play barefoot, shoddy maintenance. Full price drinks at the bar even when they use cheap brands, Watery fruit juice and watery hot milk at breakfast. Some days the pastries and bread rolls were burnt but still put out. Sorry if you've booked to stay here already. Avoid if you haven't

We just stayed here for 3 weeks, location is great rooms where okay cleanliness not great I bought my own cleaning products from the supermarket and cleaned myself as wasn’t very clean and the cleaners where hit and miss we had to keep asking for clean sheets and towels as was meant to be every 4 days but wasn’t, our room was located right near the laundry room so got woken up every morning at 8am to them dragging the trolleys up and down other than that was okay staff helpful, definitely need to hire a fan from reception as gets really warm

Great cheaper hotel option, we stayed for 4 nights. The staff was very helpful on arrival, we was situated at the far end of the hotel which was a struggle carrying a large suitcase up many flights of stairs. We went to the beach every day around a 15 min walk to get there from the hotel (to the sunbed areas). Plenty of nice restaurants located nearby. Our final night was slightly ruined due to new neighbours next door being loud and disruptive blasting music until 2am, not even closing the windows could avoid the nose coming through the walls. Nice large spacious apartment self catering but had an issue where the main lounge light wouldn’t turn off and the balcony door kept getting jammed but apart from that a pleasant stay.

Our expectations were well managed by reading these reviews and we came with a big group who stayed in other hotels and so we used the hotel as a base with the bonus of using the all inclusive for snacks and a few drinks. We were pleasantly surprised, the rooms were clean enough, big walk in and very powerful shower, staff nice, food had plenty of variety and was acceptable. Fans and reasonable beds gave us a good night’s sleep. Pools were a pleasant temperature. If we’d planned to spend nearly all our time here, we’d have been disappointed. Overall, we had a lovely holiday.

I honestly don't know where to start! The pictures advertised are not what your going to get! The rooms were not clean, from scummy showers to the previous guests contact lenses still on the bedside table and the dead cockroaches! The first morning we woke up to sharing a bed with a cockroach! This became a theme over the next few days and while I accept tenenrife is known for cockroaches I didn't think I'd be sharing a room with them! Hotels answer was to send a cleaner which never arrived! The rooms aren't cleaned just sheets and towels changed probably once the whole time we were there! Food is typical all inclusive food not great! As you start walking round you can see loose tiles, and paint flaking everywhere! The pools are a joke! There's not just the odd missing tiles there's whole patches of tiles missing all over including the children's pool. The pool has a green scum line the whole way round!!! This hotel is majorly run down! We ended up paying to move hotel out of our own pockets as we couldn't bear another night! We did find the gentlemen on reception to be really lovely and friendly but that really is the only positive to this hotel! We understand that this is a three star and we've stayed in alot of three stars before but this isn't even a 1 star! I've added photos! This hotel needs a major overall as the location is really good

Myself and my friend are by no means picky but even this was below our standards. We stayed in a 2 star hotel in Majorca last year that was better than this. The place has the potential to be lovely but is very run down. The photos must be years old as the place looks very different. We arrived midday and went straight to get lunch. The small restaurant is the nicest looking part of this place. I had raw pork in my lunch and when I showed the waitress she took the plate off me and told me to go and get some more. There is not a lot of Sunbeds to sit near any of the pools. We found a rooftop terrace to sit on near pool 3 that is quiet. This pool looks nothing like the photos and is in need of some renovations. Room was okay, there is the option of self catering but that would be very hard as all you all supplied with is a coffee machine, spatular and single hob. Evening entertainment was awful. We were located very close to the cave bar and had to endure karaoke for 3/5 nights. We went all inclusive but only ate here a handful of times. Unfortunately we will not be returning here. Photos advertised are lovely but do not be fooled.

More negatives than positives from me and my fiancé . The room was cleaned ONCE our entire holiday which caused an overflow of rubbish in our room . First few nights we stayed I asked for pink gin and lemonade just to be told it isn’t included when we’re ALL INCLUSIVE , if we wanted an ice cream during the day we had to pay because it wasn’t included. The pillows were so uncomfortable and hard caused me and my partner a sore neck some days . Bar staff don’t speak a word of English so they never know what you’re talking about everytime I asked for Pepsi max as a type one diabetic they give me full fat Pepsi which is a serious health risk. And on our final day we returned back to our room at 1pm with a lady waiting outside saying “look at the time u was meant to be gone an hour ago get your things and leave immediately” we were never told what time to check out . We had a few beach days which meant obviously bringing bits of sand back so the whole week our beds were filled with sand because they never cleaned it . The shower was boiling hot wouldn’t go cold in this weather was horrible . Postives were close to the beach can’t really think of anything else
