This place needs a little money spending on the inner perimiter (ie the bits outside of the blocks, not pool inwards) and it woud be great. Shabby and scruffy outside but more than ok on the inside. Rooms are spacious and bathroom modern, no faults there and the beds as comfy as I've had on holiday. Aspect of building and pool means its not bathed in sun all day at this time of year, pool could have benfited from having the heating on. True the hotel is on the eddge of town and gets the less fit, like me, puffing a little on the walk back home from the beach, which is about 15 mins away. That's not a critiscm, just something to be aware of if you don't like to pump those lungs. There was some building /excavation work taking place adjacent to the hotel, the pre warning was hidden and lost on us, at the bottom of a long e mail from Jet 2 ( bit naughty). Contrarty to it saying the noise could hardly heard, our room, right on the edge of the complex and possibly nearet to the works meant we had an early alarm at 7:30 each day. Incessant hammering and drilling then continued for much fo the day and it was more than annoying, though by the pool it was dimmed, you could still hear it. A lovely view of La Gomera kind of made up for the noise (a little).
