This all inclusive resort was the best decision when I booked my stay. Everything was cleaned and staff was very friendly and professional. Nice restaurants and great food. This resort also offers activity packages to explore all of Cabo's adventures ! I will definitely continue to stay here.

Facilities a little old, but good for the price, the concierge of the altitude category, terrible, it is not worth paying more to receive nothing extra. Anyone can go up. At the altitude tower they never ask you for wristbands, except for “premium drinks” which are few and far between… Many waiters, but almost no attention, zero activities, bar closes very early, a lot of noise on certain levels due to the ventilation, the elevator in the altitude tower did not work for 1 day. There are 8 floors. Buffet always the same every day, dinners in restaurants are the same as in the buffet only a la carte and it takes up to 30-1hr waiting even when the place is not full, you have to transfer **** to the bottom from the lobby to make reservations for restaurants, with the cocierge in case of altitude, but you never feel that “plus” of extra payment, smaller rooms than in the one you see in photos, but they do their job. For high season and what you pay, it's not worth it, for low season and the cost is somewhat fair.

Just remember, on top of what we are paying for the stay with trip.com, we still have to pay for more charges during check out at the resort. Well it is a vacation club anyway so extra charges on daily basis would be $40USD resort fee, $8USD service fee and $38 USD Cabo Environment fee. Parking is valet system and the resort is gated.  I think it was worth it for a couple of days for us. There are several pools, fire pit and access to a private beach. On some days, beaches along Cabo especially with open sea are not swim-able due to strong waves. We were able to swim in the ocean here due to its location, a mini bay that kind of protected by cliffs.  A beautiful property indeed with the arch view from a corner of the property near the ocean.

Great food from the grill restaurant. Had buffet the other night with magic show, but the food was below standard.

This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. This time, the largest infinity pool was under maintenance, so I didn't use the jacuzzi at all. When I first searched for this on Trip.com, if it had appeared somewhere, I would have chosen another day, but I didn't see anything written about it, so I'm very disappointed that I couldn't include it. I went there looking forward to the pool.

This place is beautiful, 35min-1hr from the airport 30min to Cabo San Lucas. When we arrived they told us we were in a lower level room than we paid for but we’re “upgrading us for free” to the room we had actually poked to begin with. This is a resort plow I have always found to be a turn off right at check in. The staff including Rafa at aqua were fun, funny, and friendly. Glad to share knowledge and help learn Spanish terms. The room was absolutely stunning and had everything that was listed in the advertisements. We try not to stay at the same resort twice as we like to experience variety. This resort may be an exception

The view is incredible! You may see sunrise and sunset at the property. Everything here is great! However, the airport shuttle service is provided for weekends and Monday only. Uber is not allowed to come for the pick up service. The only option to go to the airport is taxi which is $85.

We originally booked Mar Del Cabo, but when we arrived, it was said that it was being refurbished, and we went to the Grand Velas next door. The whole hotel was upgraded to a hotel of 3 times the value for free. Best hotel ever!
