The place is relatively remote, there are not many restaurants nearby, and the bed is very high, at least 1 meter. The coffee machine is a plug-in box, and the coffee brewed is normal. There is a bathtub, you can take a bath, very comfortable. The ice machine on each floor is at the elevator entrance. If you are assigned to the innermost room like me, you will have to walk a long way to get the ice.

However, because placing a new order for one more day was cheaper than booking another night alone, Ctrip customer service and hotel customer service were very helpful. After communication, the original order was refunded. I will order again after purchasing. The hotel facilities and price-performance ratio are also good. I will stay here again if necessary.

I used to stay Sheraton whenever i am San Gabriel I also lived in Sheraton Gateway LAX Particularly I praise the General Manager Wanda who is a humble polite and hard working leader We found out we studied at different high school next to each other The team work as a whole is very good 👍🥂🌹🎉

Room was not cleaned properly. The carpet hasn’t been vacuumed in months and it was quite dirty. However when complained to the hotel, they took responsibility and cleaned it right away.
