I will start with the positive points about the hotel. It’s in a great location a 4 minute walk to the beach and surrounded by some great bars and restaurants within walking distance. Everywhere is kept spotlessly clean in the hotel. There is a happy hour from 5 to 7 with 40% off drinks. There is also a spa on the 5th floor of the hotel which I tried and got the most amazing massage from Julie who is so friendly and knowledgeable and runs the place like clock work. Well worth a visit on your stay and prices are very good. The negatives are the hotel rooms are dated and really need upgraded. The breakfast selection was good something for everyone but the evening meal selection was terrible and the food was lukewarm which was a shame. There was no real entertainment in the bar area at night when we were there in October apart from background music playing and a couple of nights of bingo. I would definitely go back to Los Alcazares and the beautiful Mar Menor as it is definitely a place to relax but I don’t think I would return to the hotel until they have improved the rooms and food selection.

Back once again to this wonderful Hotel. The friendly staff, the cleanliness of the rooms, pool area, bar and lobby is exceptional. From reception staff at check in to bar, dining room and housekeeping , you feel so welcome. The selection of food in the dining room is exceptional. Quality and variety in abundance. The addition of the little souvenir shop is lovely. It would benefit by stocking a small range of toiletries. The entertainment is varied and when the Flamenco night is on its spectacular. It should be advertised outside as it deserves a bigger audience. I have already booked for 2025. Mary Byrne

Easy check-in with lovely reception staff, very helpful and attentive. Rooms were lovely (we stayed in 304 - beautiful views across the bay). Hotel was very clean. Restaurant was ok - Breakfast was better than dinner but neither was great (in our opinion, although I’m sure people will like it). The bar was amazing! Monday - Friday between 5pm - 7pm they have Happy Hour on certain drinks with 40% off. A pint is €2.20! The pool got good sunshine although you need to chase the sunshine as it moves during the afternoon. If you want a towel for the pool it is €10 returnable deposit at the bar. The hotel is in a best location - You are 3 minutes from the beautiful sandy beach. There are bars and restaurants left and right all the way around the bay. You are also opposite the parade of shops, restaurants and bars. They are currently carrying out upgrade works on the parade so the outside seating for the bars is limited (Sept 24) but I am sure it’ll be beautiful once the works are complete.

Beautiful part of Spain, excellent location, near the beach, close to bars and restaurants and easy to get around. The rooms were spotless, comfortable beds, lovely friendly staff, delicious food at the breakfast and evening buffet, great choice for vegetarians. Pool was really clean with lots of sunbeds. We had a perfect stay, so relaxing.

Booked late at a good price for 2 rooms on a stopover strip with friends. The location is great, very near the beachfront and just across the road from the strip of bars and restaurants. The check in was friendly and easy, we managed to get a parking space just outside with no need to pay. There were plenty of sun beds around the pool for this time of year but I can imagine that there would not be enough in July and August. The pool was very clean and inviting with a lifeguard on duty at all times. Next to the pool was the bar/ cafeteria which had an excellent ‘happy hour’ from 5-7pm. The rooms were very spacious with a large double bed and good bathroom. Our friends had an issue with their aircon not working but ours was adequate although not brilliant. We did not eat at the hotel given the proximity to the neighbouring bars and restaurants. The pillows on the beds did let down everything else, they were lumpy, thin and not supportive, I had to double mine over to get it anything like comfortable. We would certainly return again.

one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in to be honest not sure I can find anything to fault at all, decent price, great location and equally great staff. The beach is near by, the main restaurants are within easy access with shops and supermarkets close by

Decent enough but miserable staff- good pool, good food but rooms dated and every evening at 1am a bloody train turns up and drops a load of drunk people off outside waking the whole hotel. Decent enough for a Benidorm experience. The pool is the best thing about it
