I noticed this hotel when I went to the Financial Street before. I chose this hotel when I went to Longyan for something. The decoration and basic facilities are good, but the sanitary conditions are not very good, not as good as hotels of the same price. The bathroom always smells smoky. The quilt cover is very hard. Even if it is polyester fiber, there are soft fabrics to choose from. The sound insulation in the room is almost zero. People passing by in the corridor can be heard clearly. There is a KTV next to it, which is noisy until late at night. I forgot to bring earplugs and did not sleep well all night. The room I booked has breakfast coupons, which are selected from several shops along the street, but some shops just opened at more than 7 o'clock and could not cook food. Finally, I chose a clear soup noodle. The price in the store is 13 yuan, and there is only a little beef. I didn't ask whether it was coarse or fine noodles. The default part was given. The advantage is that the beef is very fresh. Take-out can be delivered to the room.
In general, it is recommended to come to travel, check in without rushing, and be sure to bring your own earplugs.

There are not many Longyan hotels. We passed by by car and went to their parking lot. Their home has a big parking lot. Parking is particularly convenient and suitable for friends traveling by car. It is only 50 meters away from the river, and there are many places to eat across the small bridge.

The smart hotel is worthy of its name. It is really surprising to have such a good room for less than 200. The space is large enough, the hygiene is very good, the decoration facilities are very new, and the front desk service attitude is very good. I have a habit of rushing to change my shoes when I enter the house, and then my husband found a small cockroach. Fortunately, I didn't find it first hahahaha. The overall design of the hotel is very good, and the aesthetics are online. The price is also a good deal. This is the second time I am using this hotel. They have arranged a room at level36. Nice level and great view.
Room is clean with fresh sheets. The issues are the rain shower was leaking spraying upwards. The air-conditioning is having a malfunction. It's either too warm or too cold. It's like 8degrees at night and it's really cold in the room or hot like sauna. Well stayed there for 2nights. There are Christmas decorations for the season. It make the hotel lobby livelier.
Morning breakfast is decent. Its served with American breakfast and local Chinese cuisine.
There are two major shopping malls beside it and one opposite. Great malls to hang out for Starbucks or McDonald's. There are many chinese restaurants available serving delicious food. Western food and Japanese cuisine are available too.

Everyone helped me and they were so kind. I was very lucky to be able to stay at the Chengqi Tower. I want to express my respect for the greatness of the Hakka people. GGuest UserAn ideal resort hotel with beautiful environment and first-class service. I brought a baby with me. It was raining and late when I arrived at the hotel. Ms. Liu, who was on duty that day, picked us up at the intersection in advance. She upgraded the room carefully, informed us of the precautions for check-in, and brought extra water and bath towels. She was very patient. , and she waited for us to arrive at the hotel before going to have dinner; the room hardware facilities are excellent, the bathroom is Kohler, hygienic, the original wood is very nice, there is no odor, the bath towels and small towels are very new, and the quality is not inferior to chain hotels . The breakfast is rich and varied, and the soy milk is freshly ground. You can eat breakfast while listening to the gurgling stream, welcoming a beautiful day. It was still raining after breakfast, and Ms. Liu left her umbrella for us. The service was excellent. Before setting off, she picked some bayberries nearby and washed them, taking them with her for the children to eat on the way. TTravel_FRVery helpful owner who is the 6th owner of the Fuyulou (Fuyu Building). I suggest you shall book the hotel first before you book for any other tour arrangement at tulou. The hotel owner will be able to provide a very personalised tour arrangement with reasonable price and with local advise. Hotel is clean and feels like home. Food is good too at the hotel. We had our dinner every night at the hotel. Very highly recommended stay, food and tour.

GGuest UserA very unique Tulou B&B. Small but refined. The design of the room is very particular. The lower floor is the bathroom and bathroom, and the upper floor is the bedroom. Several rooms are connected to form a suite. The rooms are all made of wood, and the walls are also covered with wooden boards, making it very spacious and generous. There is also a entrance hall that separates the corridors of each suite of rooms. There are only 10 rooms in one earth building, and the population density is very pleasant. Come with room slippers and other standard toiletries. Breakfast is basic . BYO coffee or tea. Not supplied at breakfast . Best part is the complimentary tour guide . Ms Lee is amazing , very knowledgeable. Recommend staying one night at least..We missed the evening show due to bad weather. The tulong and river night scene is pretty spectacular. And the morning is the best time to discover the town before tourists arrive.
