五一節假日出行的體驗感我覺得極差，一晚的房費1200，衹能説毫無服務。既沒有提前打電話説辦理入住要在山腰上辦，也沒有專人送房客過去。打車上了山頂結果告訴我們要走路半個小時去山腰上辦入住才可以拿房卡。當天又是九點多鐘，玩了一天本來就到了酒店衹想放鬆了。後面設施設備也不齊全，酒店詳情頁面説了有露營椅結果沒有，我看別的樓下都有放還是大晚上打電話問前台要的。總之體驗感很差，服務態度也不是很好，衹能説當時候已經吵起來了。

一到酒店前台辦理入住 前台小姐姐非常非常熱情 不僅快速辦理好了入住 還給我們做了旅遊攻略 客房服務阿姨也是非常熱情 幫我們拿行李送去房間 ，最讓滿意的還是衞生 房間沒有任何異味，馬桶也是特別乾淨 早上日出也是非常非常非常好看 強烈推薦給所有來八面山玩的姐妹們 住宿首選就是她家 下次還帶朋友過來

酒店的位置簡直無敵了！坐落在八面山高處，我們的房間正對着壯觀的雲海和連綿羣山。 酒店本身的建築和內部設計也很有格調，與周圍的山野風光融合得很好。公共區域寬敞明亮，觀景平台視野開闊，坐着發呆都是一種享受。 最讓我驚喜的是衞生！房間乾淨得一塵不染！無論是床品、衞浴、地板還是桌面，都很乾凈，沒有任何死角。這次在八面山能住到這樣服務貼心、環境絕美、衞生無可挑剔的酒店，絕對是旅行中的一大亮點！

順着説，衞生，真的一般，各種打屁蟲，活的死的，當然，山上可能就這樣的。環境，挺尷尬，説是朝東，前方被聽濤居擋得死死，想很好地欣賞雲海，和其他一百多的民宿一樣要驅車前往觀景台。服務，前台大姐還是很不錯的，有求必應，雖然很多事情她也無能為力，比如説wifi信號故障，陽台照明故障。設施，1385一晚的房間，一個洗手間燈不亮，陽枱燈不亮，電視無法觀看，視野被聽濤居全部擋死，跟一百多二百的民宿沒有優勢。另外，晚上十一點多山下的前台不顧客人已經歇下打電話過來要求把之前房間騰出來，我們也不想換房間，這也是被逼無奈，山上前台大姐應允我們換房間可以不帶走行李的，又來這麼一出，大好心情全沒了，永遠不會向朋友推薦！

看日出不要太美，住在山上方便，景觀很好，這裏的房型價格好多可以選擇的，我們選擇在最高的地方住，走出房間就可以看到雲海日出，值得推薦
