The information we received through Trip.com customer service was that we arrived at the phone to pick up the station on the same day, but when we arrived by train, we could not contact the hotel staff. I first booked this hotel for 3 nights. After the itinerary changed, the original reservation was cancelled and the original reservation was rebooked for 1 night. The original prepayment was almost a month before the hotel was refunded. Trip.com customer service negotiated and provided bank deduction credentials. The environment of the hotel room is quite beautiful compared to other things we saw. There is a small swimming pool. The number of rooms is not too small. The room has an indescribable smell.
