Our recent 3-day stay fell severely short of the luxury experience promised by a "5-star" designation. We encountered the following critical issues: 1. **Misleading Room Upgrade** Despite booking a Mountain View onsen room for tranquility, we were informed at check-in that our room had been "upgraded" without prior consultation. The replacement room (located two floors above ground level) overlooked a noisy public swimming pool and garden, directly adjacent to a barbecue restaurant. 2. **Unacceptable Thermal Conditions** On the first night, the room temperature plummeted to 16°C due to inoperative heating. Shockingly, staff stated heating would only activate if outdoor temperatures dropped to 6°C. The provided portable heater was insufficient for a 45m² space, forcing us to endure extreme discomfort. 3. **Disruptive Noise Pollution** During the second night, loud noises from communal facilities persisted until the 10 PM closing time, contradicting "serene retreat" environment.

Location is inside a mountain, nice view. I drove to this hotel, so it's okay, but if you don't drive, better not to choose this hotel, because it's not convenient for you. My son and wife both enjoy staying in this hotel, stylish and new room setting and facilities. There are water park, swimming pool and spring area inside the hotel, you will be no regret to bring your children there to have an unforgettable memory. Will come again and hope they can maintain their good service in the future. Last but not least, if food quality in buffet dinner can be improved, it will be even better.

It was recommended by a friend for a team building. The hotel has complete facilities, free parking, and you can check in with just your luggage. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is elegant, warm and comfortable, and the front desk service attitude is very good. We booked a garden room with late check-out. The package includes hot spring breakfast and dinner, as well as a cruise and arcade game coins. The buffet dinner and breakfast are very rich. The cave hot spring and outdoor hot spring are very good. It is really a one-stop place for eating, drinking and having fun. It is a good journey to relax the body and mind.

I booked a mountain view twin room suite. When I went to the hotel lobby, the Jiajin butler at the front desk had a very good service attitude. He helped me upgrade to a lake view hot spring twin room for free, and also helped me to check out later. Both the morning and evening rooms were upgraded to self-service rooms. There were also cruise tickets, cave hot spring and outdoor hot spring experiences, which felt good. The sanitary environment of the hot spring area was very good. The buffets in the morning and evening were varied and very rich. The hotel rooms were clean, tidy, bright, and spacious. The balcony view was good. There was a private hot spring pool on the balcony of the room. It was really a five-star place for food, accommodation, and entertainment. This is my second time staying at this hotel. I am very happy to be upgraded to a double room with lake view. The lake view is very beautiful and refreshing. The weather is very cool. Hot springs are the best activity. The temperature of the hot springs is suitable for adults and children. I prefer hot springs above 40 degrees, and children are also catered for with hot springs below 38 degrees, so this is great! However, the catering is quite inferior. There are a lot of people for breakfast, and there is nothing delicious. The ordinary noodles are not very tasty. The food standard is below average. There seem to be many types of food, but the quality is very mediocre. You have to pay extra for breakfast, which is really not worth it! The hotel facilities also cater to the elderly and children. In the morning, we walked around the countryside, rode bicycles out of Datong, set off small fireworks at night, and watched cultural heritage performances. This stay was a good experience!

This is my first time to experience Nankunshan Mousse Jiahua Hot Spring Hotel. The room facilities are good, the equipment is complete and intelligent, and it is very clean and hygienic. The hot spring is very unique, and each pool has a different atmosphere and effect. The hot spring metasilicate fluoride is very good for the skin. But the most distinctive thing is that the service of the cave staff is very good, especially the thoughtful service of the housekeeper Tingting. Overall, everything is very good. I will come here for vacation next time!
