1、客房服務太差勁，房間沒有遙控器，催兩遍，打一次電話等兩個小時沒來送。
2、客房服務甩臉子給顧客看，下午3點叫客房換床單，等了2個小時，催了第2遍才來換，客房敲門連招呼都不打，一臉寫着不願意！！進房間拿着新床單就直接往床上一摔，説：這個點別的客房都下班了，就剩我自己了。（那意思就是就剩她自己不樂意給換。語氣惡劣！！眉毛不是眉毛眼睛不是眼睛的！！
3、前台客服還算不錯，第一晚網不好用，電視也看不了，第二天前台升級了房型，給了優惠。
4、客房服務太差太差！！是老闆親戚嗎？？叫換個床單等兩小時，進門直接甩臉子！！關係户嗎？？？（下次再也不去了，花錢看別人給你甩臉子）
