Hotel dengan Airport Shuttle di Longjing

評價特別好，慕名而來，來了發現也就那麼回事。 4個人，入住辦了20分鐘都沒辦利索，幸虧是度假，沒急事。 訂了3個房間，還都不在一起，房型不一樣不在一起就算了，一摸一樣的房型，給安排到兩棟樓，要多不方便有多不方便。 進了屋一堆蒼蠅，問有沒有蒼蠅拍，前台説沒有，再問蒼蠅怎麼辦，直接被無視了… 想來住的人自己帶個蒼蠅拍吧，或者你能用筷子夾住蒼蠅的話，帶雙筷子也行… 估計蚊子也不少，不過剛到這，蚊子還沒出洞，衹有大大小小的蒼蠅像轟炸機一樣。 房屋面積嚴重虛報，117平米的房間目測房間面積40-50平米，院子面積30平米… 不過確實是比城裡的酒店房間大。 另外空空一個院子、沒有桌子，沒有椅子，空空盪盪，這樣的院子也多收好幾十塊？ 説好的湖景就衹能看到一堆難看的樹… 同行的姐姐説房間沒有杯子，就給2個一次性杯子，沒有茶和咖啡，自己帶了茶也沒杯子泡… 廁所的地沒擦，斑斑點點，讓人浮想聯翩… 沒有毛巾架，毛巾和洗澡換的衣服衹能放洗手枱上，但是洗手枱也不是很乾凈的樣子… 沒有洗澡用的拖鞋，需要光腳… 院子的地面沒人打掃過，散落着吃剩下的杏核和牆皮… 早餐50一份，連咖啡都不帶… 第一感覺就這些，我先抓蒼蠅去了… 2小時後… 本來不想説啥了，剛剛接到管家微信説明天早上4-8點停電，因為早上要一早出門趕路，沒有熱水沒有電超級不方便，管家的回覆是“抱歉，我們也沒辦法”，這態度真是絕了… 一個房間就給一張房卡，用電要插卡，兩個人住，不一起行動，超級不方便，想跟前台再要一張房卡，説要到晚上看看有沒有多餘的才能給，一個房間兩人住想兩張房卡不是標配嗎！？差評！表達強烈不滿後很不樂意的給了卡，我也很不爽，收了我500塊錢按金，要張房卡是過分要求嗎，這麼費勁… 總結一下感受：這家民宿看上去很好，拍出照片也很好（隨手拍了幾張，確實很好看），但是住起來沒有看上去那麼好，服務態度也是非常的不給力…

This is my favorite hotel! I stay here for the 3rd time. I really like the interior. Soft bed, comfortable pillows, smart toilet, room decorated in beautiful colors. I recommend booking this hotel. I really want to come back again!
