The hotel room is spacious and clean. Bed is firm but comfortable. The breakfast spread is decent and different the 2 days we stayed.
The reception is helpful and friendly. They helped us booking the bus to Châu Dốc.

1.為什麼酒店及trip.com 沒有寫明房間沒有窗,只有牆壁？？？ 當有什麼問題或甚至火警怎樣逃生呢？這個trip.com必須要寫明,等客人預訂房間都知道有這一回事!
2. 房間地磚有一個大大的黑色鞋印,沒有人清潔嗎？
3. 電熱水壺插頭是大陸的三腳插,但牆上的插孔是越南的兩腳圓形,任我怎樣插都插不進去,當時大約十二點,我打了兩次電話到前台,響了很久都沒有人接聽,前台的人不知跑到哪裏？

Bien placé et personnel gentil. La chambre était correcte et la literie confortable. Les placards sentaient le renfermé et les parties communes n’étaient pas très propres, des toiles d’araignée non nettoyées. Le petit déjeuner est moyen. Il y a du potentiel mais non exploité.
