* Please note, this is written by Mrs Hart who is the caregiver for husband who is handicapped. Slipped and fell in shower. NO MATS or NON SKID bottom to shower. Rubber mat given after my fall. Toilets, slow, needed to be plunged ---first time it was requested, I was handed a plunger. Second time desk clerk handled situation properly and took care of it right away. Pocket door hard and noisy to close. Place in need of addressing problems especially the slippery showers. I was lucky I only got a few cuts and busies when falling and making a hole in the fiberglass shower (which was repaired that day).

The sleep inn was a great place to stay! Very clean and comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub was very nice. The only thing I would like to see them add is a makeup mirror that is on the wall as the mirror in room 110 above the sink was a bit far beck to see to do makeup

The woman who checked me in was very attentive even though I was third in line. My room was quiet and the AC worked a dream. Breakfast was superb and there was plenty of it. My only regret was forgetting my swim suit. That pool looked amazing.

Rm 103 bathroom door impossible to open and close, our keys stopped working 4 times (while sitting on the tv stand) and staff implied we must have had them by electronics and became frustrated having to reset them. The walls are ridiculously thin so you can hear everything. The breakfast was great and all but one staff were friendly.

Although the room was small, it was clean. However the TV did not work at all. Also there was a family in the room next to us who were very loud including banging doors. We asked to removed and we were moved to a room further from the noise. The TV worked in the room but it did need updates especially a new bed. Breakfast was ok with typical mid level hotel offerings. It was the courteous and professional staff which saves this review from 1 star. They were excellent.

The hotel it self was nice and clean. But the staff is terrible! 😣 we ask for towels and of course they wanted to know how many people was in the room. I had two rooms, and of course we wanted to shower before leaving. I guess they didn’t want us to do that. No service throughout the night! Staff was just disrespectful and nonchalant about everything.

Good sized room. Was happy with it. Comfy bed. Pillows were small/short but there were 4 of them. Had mimi fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. Has a 24 hr mini gym and pool. Property was beautiful and they had a good brkfst selection. Only thing negative i can saw was SLIGHT must smell when i first entered my room, THATS IT. Other then that i was satisfied with my stay here and would recommend.
