Ulasan Royal Garden Hotel

not far from the V&A museum, very convenient to get there, the service was warm, the room was tidy.

I do appreciate ANA’s service and she’s very nice and helpful. We all like her attitude. Very comfortable talking with her.The environment is perfect and location is quite close to the hype park.

This hotel is freaking awesome. With an excellent location, next to the Embassy Street, fully equipped, Penhaligon's supplies, individually packaged, replaced every day, the service staff is also very enthusiastic, and cleans every day. You must stay at this hotel when you come to London, and I wont change the hotel to live in the future. The room is also very large!

Convenient location, about 5-7 min walk from High Street Kensington Tube Station. A good range of shops nearby such as TK Maxx, M&S, Whole Foods Market, cafés and restaurants (Italian, Chinese, Japanese, etc) We were on 10/F so had an amazing view.  Our room was spacious, bigger than most hotel rooms in London. It came with complimentary hot chocolate powder, cookies, tea bags, instant coffee and 2 bottles of still water. The bathroom was equipped with toiletries (shampoo, hair conditioner, bath gel and soap) and a heated towel rack which was particularly helpful for doing laundry, since we stayed for 7 nights.  Gym is free of charge and is right next to the hotel. Size is decent with 4 treadmills, dumbbells and a few other machines.  Staff were all very attentive and professional. My husband had a small cut and housekeeping brought us plasters and wound cleaning wipes in just a few min.  Overall, great value for money. Would have been even better if a coffee machine was provided. Will definitely come back again next time we visit London.

Great hotel, would definitely recommend and will stay again. Great service from all those we encountered. Easy booking process and good communication. Room was very spacious ( lucky enough to get upgraded) , bathroom had separate bath and shower. Great views over Kensington Palace gardens and the city. All staff were welcoming. Already planning a return stay

Our stay was ok but there was 1 incident that rewind everything for us , we had my sister in 1 or the 2 rooms we took for a week and the neighbors complained about their noises , so in the morning the security barged in to the room while my sisters were sleeping and in their pajama’s un decent and the two guys were threading them on the complaint received.. it was lucky for those two mfs that I wasn’t their with them but it would have been a different scenario this absolutely discussing behavior towards teenagers girls alon in the room trying to man up against girls isn’t very gentleman and when they complaint to the manager he was blaming the other shift manager which is ridicules

Excellent service, very comfortable bed and great toiletries. Location is great for long walks in Hyde park.

1. Location: The hotel's location is located near High Street Kensington tube station and has a bus stop just outside which has buses that brings you to many places. Overall, very convenient. 2. Service: Front desk's service was good. Concierge was generally good except for a more junior bellboy whom I felt was quite lazy as he waited for the driver to load the luggage instead of helping. 3. Facilities: The hotel's gym is operated by Anytime Fitness. The elliptical machines were not well maintained and there were 2 spoilt out of 4. One was badly vandalised with the screen broken and wires coming out from the machine. 4. Bathroom: Did not like the shower area as it was cramped and the water drainage was slow (not clogged). It just could not keep up with the shower water. 5. Room: Stayed in the Royal Garden Deluxe. Had very nice views of the park. Room was bright and airy (you would open the windows slightly).

Nice location close to Hyde park with easy access to buses and metro .Some rooms have been renovated recently

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Convenient location right on Kensington High Street. Surrounded by good shops and restaurants. Bus stop outside and tube station a good five minute walk . The rooms are large with plenty of space for Families , the seating are does make a difference , as do the picture windows . We overlooked the High Street , which we loved but some have views of Hyde Park-Kensington Palace is next door ! Staff were all very attentive and professional. It was a late Birthday treat and I received cake and wine to the room , which made the stay even more memorable. Breakfast was of a very high standard , with enough choice for all guests . Enjoyed the Piano bar and the entertainment on offer . Would definitely come back to the Royal Garden, it's just so well placed .
