Ulasan The Westin London City

An excellent location especially for travellers who wish to be near the City of london and financial district. It is close to three tube stations: mansion house, St Paul’s and Bank so you are connected with most of the subway lines. Also walking distance to Blackfriars station which is a rail connect to Gatwick airport direct. So ease for commute esp when london traffic is bad and more often than not, travelling by tube is quicker than taking taxi or uber! Hotel has a nice gym and even a pool. Breakfast at the hotel is a delight and service is excellent. Rooms amenities are modern and new. All in all a great place to stay in london.

Extremely disappointing stay. Really dark rooms and lack of sunlight. lamp in room without bulb. Cheap feeling furniture - looks good in photos. Breakfast & service was poor. Front desk fail to pick up the phone on many occasions and overnight service was non existent. Not what you’d expect from a 5*.

The hotel is out of our expectations, in terms of the space and services provided. The location is not in a crowded area but pretty near to most of the touristy attractions. It’s walking distance to the borough market which is a plus point. Would definitely stay here again if I have chance to visit London next time.

The hotel room is spacious, clean and tidy. The service was very good, especially Shanie who was kind and friendly and helped us a lot. Next time we come to London, we will choose Westin.

Cash 250000 krw + ipod was stolen. Room had a problem so we had to change to another room. I called them they said nothing in the lost and found.

很乾凈的酒店！倫敦威斯丁性價比之王！很乾凈很好！位置也很棒！服務很熱情！來倫敦必須住這裏！睡的好舒服了

酒店住置不錯，房間不錯，整潔衞生，早餐有點單調，但還不錯，酒店餐廳菜品不錯，但選擇不多，離開的這天，封路了，不太方便

一家三口出行，選了兩張大床的家庭房，優點是酒店較新，衞生情況符合預期，床和被子舒適，空調安靜，服務業不錯。不足：無衞洗麗，馬桶較高，早餐比較英式，牛奶全是冰的，食品品種不多。浴室無吹風機插頭，需要在卧室使用。窗户很小並且對着對面辦公樓。整體基本符合預期。

最糟糕的酒店，我們訂的7000多的複式套房2晚+5晚，2大2小不讓住，必須額外+4000再開一間房，前台經理非常強硬，我們妥協了，2晚+8000後面5晚答應給我們換親子房，等我愛丁堡回倫敦準備5晚入住時，告訴我親子房忘了給我訂沒房了，靠，後來攜程幫我跟酒店預訂部S經理協商，換成2間普通房，才讓住，又説攜程價格3000晚房間不行，必須訂4000晚的房間，4000×2間×5晚=40000才行，就是説錢不到位不讓住2大2小唄，攜程再次幫我協調，酒店S經理直接拒絕溝通，愛住不住的態度，反正錢是不退。後來我們也就算了破財免災出門在外買個教訓，2間房1間空調是壞的，1間是殘疾人房，明顯是賣不出去的殘次品糊弄中國人，祖國強大起來啊！這威斯汀真欺負人啊！

市中心酒店，比較新，比較乾淨，設施比較簡單，地理位很好，出行方便，早餐少而精，質量很好，酸奶特別好吃，其他都可以接受！如果商務旅行是很不錯的選擇！

服務態度非常好，飛機到達較早，前台主動辦理了提前入住 酒店環境很好，乾淨，安靜。

交通方便，服務周到，地理位置優越，商務旅行優先之選。
