Very bad type of people they got no respect don’t let you in once you arrive and are forcing you to pay the deposit ousting while it’s cold then they are saying to us that if the person on the deposit is not with me we cannot come in right after they secure the deposit thank’s god my husband was with me , I’m a traveler every months and i have never seen this level of disrespect shame on this people please don’t book here if you don’t want problems

Don’t even look at this apartment. It’s a scam. No one there so couldn’t get in. Phoned 3 different numbers for over 2 hrs. Emailed 3 x for over a week prior to arrival. Sent text messages before we got here. No reply to any. Alarm bells did start ringing. A couple neighbours arrived and said they are sick of people trying to gain access to their building and this ‘so called’ apartment. They told us we’re only one of many who this had happened to and there is no apartment to rent. Frantic search for somewhere else. We have a 10year old with us. DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT

Great location for Paddington station and Elizabeth line. In a nice quiet street. Room on ground floor was large and well equipped kitchen with a dining table and chairs. Room was pretty quiet overall. Very small bathroom though. Too small for me at 6’3”. No switch to turn lights off from the bed. This was in an outer lobby. Checking in process was quite complex and ended up having to phone to gain entry but call was answered very quickly. So no complaints overall. Fairly good value for money for London. Would I stay again? Yes if I had the same room.

I booked this hotel for the beginning on next year, unfortunately due to personal circumstances I had to cancel. When I called the staff at the hotel they were very friendly and kind, telling me exactly who to contact regarding my reservation. I was amazed how quickly the team responded to me, after just one or to emails back and forth it was all sorted. They were nice and very efficient. Top customer services. I couldn't be happier. Booked this via *********** in September 2021 for a planned visit to British Summer Time prior to booking event tickets and train. Just three weeks before, I received a notification to say it had been cancelled. When I contact booking.con they said the apartments no longer used them. I was left with a substantial amount spent with no accommodation. *********** offered alternatives but at prices in excess of £1000. When I later looked via *********** the apartments where still available but fully booked for my specified dates. The customer service with *********** was appalling and the fact that you are unable to book with confidence that you will not be let down last minute is simply not acceptable. Since reading the reviews it appears I have had a lucky escape as some travellers have turned up and had no booking.

warning this review is accurate the 2bedroom apartment = a dirty basement dungeon with weird padding on the walls felt like i was in a prison thr fir door at the back was padlocked shut the windows are so dirty thats why u only see pics with curtains closed the place is dirty in all the main areas bathroom bedroom lounge the tails are not white any more they have dirt stains all over them the door did not lock was not secure also the staff at this place= worst customer service i mean extremely bad they dont care for peoples health the refuse to listen to complaints then organisation skills zero if you want to own a holiday apartments the people you rent them to are the reason your able to continue to function so i would trest them like paying guests and not as a burden i will never stay here again
