NX London Hostel

shower temperature is inconsistent, mid shower the water went from warm to freezing cold with practically no pressure, it was a drizzle, with no warnings or displays. i had to wait nearly 5-10 minutes to get the water going again. i emailed my complaint about the temperature change and they said it was due to roadworks outside or some construction. the bathroom light broke in the morning. the rooms seemed like it was filled with some long staying people. filled with suitcases and not a lot of room to walk. no air con so the only breeze and cold is the window, would not suggest staying in the summer. the female only room is just the room but mixed dorms are right next to it. no hairdryers on the top floor, so may need to walk down to dry your hair. very very narrow staircase. the hostel had said to trip.com that i did not check in when i clearly did, showing my id and even receiving a information card with my room number and passwords. i brought the issue up with trip.com which they had to check again and said the hostel was adamant i didn’t show up, i had to send a picture of my information card to prove i was there otherwise i would be charged a no show fee??.

Comfort clean bedding.... simple breakfast... there's a 24 hour bus running nearby...look forward to staying next time
