New Dawn Hotel

價錢便宜，但這應該算是賓館不是酒店 入住期間 安排了地下室 有一個窗戶 但是基本不能打開因為窗外就是街外和有大量小蟲子而且那地區夜晚人數比較多。 本來是訂了2晚但只入住了一晚便提早離開。 夜晚基本上沒有睡覺 因為一直在殺蟲子 基本沒有什麼打掃，廁所內部不能轉身。 床褥也有污漬污點。 服務人員有禮貌，只是住宿環境比較差， 若果你喜歡昆蟲的話可以入住 若果你想知道你的另一半有沒有潔癖也可以嘗試居住。 最後總結：不太建議入住。

NON CI ANDATE! Hotel in buona posizione, le stanze sono piccole e puzzano di umidità/muffa, funzionava solo una piccola luce su 3 lampade presenti nella stanza, bagno piccolo e maleodorante; presenza di muffa nella doccia e ventola del ricircolo d’aria rumorosissima; pulizia della stanza pessima, materasso e lenzuola sporche, ci hanno fornito 1 sola asciugamano a testa per tutte le 4 notti del nostro soggiorno (ho dovuto chiederne una pulita extra); insomma spendete qualcosa in più e cercate altro. Esperienza pessima

Don't. Just don't. As you walk up to the entrance their is a pile of detritus on the right. The stairs down to the double room are extremely narrow and not sure if they are legal. The wall lights dont work. The room smelled musty. There were 2 mugs one of which had a huge crack all the way down. One electrical socket is very loose on the wall. Nowhere to hang ones clothes. No saftey chain or bolt on the door. Came back at 21.30hrs front door propped open, nobody at the desk, hardly secure. Noise levels were high from guests and possibly staff til quite late. Woke up to water all over the floor in the shower room. Everything is very worn including picture on the wall that wouldn't even be sold in a charity shop! Plus point, the outter bedding was clean...didnt inspect the duvet inside....

Let me state, I hardly ever leave reviews but this was the WORST Air BNB booking I’ve ever made. They kindly welcomed us with literal poop in the toilet and then tried to blame us for leaving it (if had clearly been left there.) They wouldn’t switch our room, give us partial refund or apologise. They just told us to flush it. Which is easy enough but my thinking was that if the bathroom hadn’t been checked or cleaned properly, then what are the odds that the beds or sheets were cleaned properly? I think they thought we were trying to get a refund after myself previously asking as I was supposed to go with a friend but she fell sick with Covid. We didn’t make the first night but I managed to make the second night with my partner as we were told that it is a no refund policy. It’s fair enough as I understand supporting small businesses but after the way we were treated, I was shocked. I wore a mask out of respect and left the room nearly as “clean” as it was when we arrived. The communication with the person over air BnB was just appalling. I will admit that the location was great but there are nicer places to stay in London that is cheaper then this hotel. I’ll skip this place next time and I think you should too! Save your money or spend it on companies that value your money and time.

Stayed here for 1 night and thank god it was just the 1 night asked for a double room with twin beds. Got given a single room with a small double bed squashed into the room. The room and bathroom was that small you couldn't swing a dead cat in it, let alone be enough for two people. Complained to reception and all got was 'thats your room', defiantly need to brush up on there customer service! Also I know not all hotels provide shower gel which is fine but I thought at the very least they would provide a bar of soap to wash your hands but was told again by reception that no you provide your own! I've stayed in some places but I won't be staying here again any time soon thats for sure, didn't use the shower as was dirty and obviously hadn't been cleaned from previous occupants. Good luck to anyone staying here is all I can say.

Do not use this hotel! I booked and paid for a room 2 weeks ago and on the day I was due to check in they text and cancelled my room! I was left in London with my 10 year old daughter with no where to sleep for the night. Absolutely awful. I was told they over book rooms encase of no shows! How can they just leave people with no where to stay! No apology no alternative nothing!!! Do not risk it!!
