It’s a hotel worth staying. The breakfast is nice. The room is warm and cozy, also I get bath tower and a blue blanket, which is my favorite. The front desk man is police and talkative. I like the decoration there. The hotel is a bit old but with good maintains, good choice for those who enjoy traditional British architectures.

Very kind staffs and clean. Location is good. We can go to some famous places by walking. Everything was good. Wifi was also good. But a little disappointed with breakfast.

Short walk to two tube stops
Friendly staff
Continental breakfast was just about adequate for our needs
My son has a peanut allergy and the lady in the breakfast room didn’t really understand and couldn’t provide an allergy list so we had to ask her to bring the cereal boxes to read and we didn’t trust to let him eat much else there
The room was small but enough for our requirements
Double bed was shared by me and my 7 year old and it was a bit of a squeeze
The room was very stuffy, the air con didn’t seem to work
It was a good value for money stay, but I’d pay a bit more for slightly better next time
Short walk to the Imperial War museum well worth a visit !

It was delighted with this hotel. The reception, manager and workers were really friendly and helpful at all times. The room was clean as were the towels and bedding. The room had everything you needed like a small ironing board and there was a plentiful supply of fruit, bottled water, tea and coffee. The double bed was a bit 3/4 so you could say it was romantic! I forgot my charger but a spare one was provided for my stay. I also felt safe there as a solo woman traveller. My bedroom window even offered me a distant view of the Shard!
The bus and transport links are good and the continental breakfast was fine.
I look forward to returning.

I loved it here. The staff were so friendly and welcoming on arrival, offering complimentary food and drinks and giving details of hotel instructions. The room was perfect for what I needed, it was a single room that was still spacious enough, clean, and was really quiet so felt very private. They had food, water, fridge and kettle facilities in the room which I thought really went above and beyond what you’d expect for the price. Plus the bed was clean and comfy. The tv you could connect to Netflix or prime if you wanted to which was great. And the location was so convenient to get to Waterloo station and bus routes near to get to St Paul’s etc.
I’d highly recommend.

Great customer service. Location is superb. Room was upgraded on arrival. Bed was very itchy, not sure if there were bugs or if my partner and I were just sensitive to the laundry detergent, sadly kept us awake for a lot of the night.
