Ulasan Park Grand Paddington Court

The hotel is located at the main district of Paddington which is close to the underground station and train station. I like this hotel as there are many shops and restaurants in the district. Reception staff are nice and helpful, I would stay this hotel again when I come to London next time.

The breakfast is good, and the location of this hotel is quite convenient nearby the grocery stores and restaurants. However, the service of phone operator is below the stardand of 3-star hotel that so often nobody answers the phone or cut off the line when getting through.

Everything was fine, but have to wait for breakfast

I had a very comfortable stay at a hotel with a perfect location. The hotel was good and the service was satisfactory. However, the only issue I faced was that I left a black Apple Watch in the cupboard of the hotel room, very close to the breakfast cups. After realizing that I had forgotten my watch, I called the hotel to inquire if they had found it. They said they didn't, which was strange because the watch location showed that it was still in the hotel and then went off. Unfortunately, I had already left London, so there was not much I could do about it. This experience disappointed me and made me regret staying in this hotel. I am hoping that the hotel can resolve this issue. Apart from that, the location was great, and although the rooms were small, they were comfortable and very close to Paddington station.

It’s nice and great location

Rooms have thin walls so it’s loud. Beds are squeaky and can’t have a good quiet night sleep. Don’t be fooled by the pictures on a deluxe double room. Not worth it. However the service is very good they do try and help their best with sorting out problems.

I stayed downstairs. I heard the people who stayed upper level walked and walking sound made me noisy and not well slept. Air condition is not individual air so difficult to control as expected.

The hotel is confused on walk way to a room and service is random in cleaning room and adding water and coffee???

The room interval and decoration is totally different from the picture we saw on the website. The room is located at the lower ground level with a very small window only made me feeling like I am living in a basement. We were very disappointed because we chose the hotel based on the picture and it is too far away from our expectations.

The room is clean. The hotel is located near Paddington and Lancaster station where there are a lot of restaurants around. Tried a couple of restaurants and they are all very goods.

Check-in late at7:00pm, we were told to go to the basement of the opposite block by ourselves. No one led the way nor take the luggage for us. The room was at the basement with a small window of the atrium view. There were a double bed and a single bed which we had not requested. We just felt unacceptable and asked for a change. We were then told to go to the attic on the top of the building by ourselves again. The whole check-in process was very unpleasant. We just didn’t feel we were welcomed at all after a long uber trip due to the cancellation of train.

The access was very good, but the room was in the basement, which made me a bit stifling. And I was surprised when a large spider appeared in the shower room…

I was given room on 3rd floor actually 4th floor without elevator access…

brilliant location , everyone are very friendly and helpful . sure will stay again for my next trip.
