酒店房間有點小，不過位置很好，沿馬路的房間略鬧，不過還好，主要是大碼力的摩託車，汽車幾乎沒聲音。周邊有很多小飯館，離海德公園不遠，對面有一個很古老的教堂。

We stayed at a Meliá hotel in Madrid two years ago and really enjoyed the experience. So, when we saw this one available in Kensington—our favorite spot in London—we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. From the timely communication with management, who responded promptly to our questions, to the smooth check-out process, every aspect of our stay was handled with utmost professionalism. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was superb, and the staff overall was very attentive. We will definitely stay there again.

We have stayed in many Meliá hotels and this was one of the best. Welcoming, friendly reception. Our room was spotless, comfortable bed, nice toiletries and extras. A bottle of Cava and card were also in the room for our anniversary. Such a nice touch. We were contacted each day we stayed to ask if everything was satisfactory. The breakfast was excellent, good value for money and a good selection. There is an optional service charge put on the bill. A good idea I think as all staff get a share. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. It was a very enjoyable stay. The hotel opposite Gloucester Road tube and about ten minutes walk from Kensington Gardens.

Stayed in room 507 which was in the basement and not only did the room have an awful view of a wall it was it was extremely, extremely noisy from above and outside as well. Our nights were very disruptive. Having raised the complaint to reception we were offered a smaller room the following day go 3pm. Unfortunately this was not convenient as we were attending a family wedding. We were promised an email with recompense but nothing has been received and unfortunately we were very disappointed with our stay at the Melia for the money we paid
