Premier Inn London Tower Bridge

During our two-day stay at the London Bridge hotel, we were required to clean the room and leave a room cleansing card on the door. However, It was a disappointment to us that the room was not cleaned by anyone.

酒店位置優越，周邊交通便利，公交出門就是，地鐵及火車站都很近，走路10分鐘左右，到各景點都很方便，倫敦鐵塔就在酒店附近，走路10分鐘。房間衞生很乾凈，唯一缺點就是洗澡水不會調。

性價比非常高的經濟連鎖酒店 位置很好 交通還算比較便利 輕軌地鐵公交車都很方便搭乘

蠻好的 就是沒有拖鞋什麼的

Location is good, that’s about it, the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in person, HALF is just builders and debris lack of customer service, staff that look like they don’t want to be there no working toilets no working elevators no working key cards entire hotel is filthy, main door doesn’t open correctly on to the road, was told by staff to use someone’s hotel room as a public toilet as the normal ones are out of order, left on the spot, they refused a refund and handed me a card for guest relations, Hotel needs to be shutdown and re-evaluated ASAP, health and safety as well as hygiene is nowhere near standard. Now moved to Tower Bridge Hotel, best customer service highly recommend. Did I mention the builders walking back and fourth plastering the walls next to the bed rooms

The staff were friendly and helpful, assisting me with booking a quieter room at the back of the hotel. The room however was in need of refurbishment and felt really faded. The carpet was torn for example and the bathroom had mildew stains on the grout. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast ok.
