Easy access, but the elevator only goes to the 2nd floor and you will need to bring up the suitcase by yourself. Tiny rooms but clean. No working desk or space in the room.

This is our 11th stay at this hotel......which must be the best recommendation! The staff are friendly and inviting (note Jo, Conner and Sara) , it is very clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the situation is perfect for a visit to London..

Got a charger when I needed it in the middle of the night. Service was good, beds were decent. Any short comings are made up for with the effort of the staff. If any criticisms at all, would like the option to use Netflix or other apps on the smart tv, Instead of the available options.

Always amazingly clean Hotel with great facilities, super comfortable beds, well located. The choice of food selection is just what you need without being over the top and as for the staff they are simply fantastic, super customer service at this Hotel, you could not want for better! Deserving special mentions are Allessandro the Manager who has helped me out on numerous occasions along with David the operations Manager and special thanks to Etna (I think) for goin above and beyond to make my stay a great one! It was our second visit at Gloucester Place and I will book there again and again. I traveled with my son and was again impressed by the friendliness of the staff. I feel very welcome there as a guest and everyone tries to make our stay as pleasant as possible. I always book directly through the hotel and enjoy the benefits. My son loved the pizza and I was very happy with a glass of wine and a cheese plate after a long day. The location is perfect, not to many tourists around, Marylebon ist very close. I will see you again.

Great service, staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, just around the corner from Marble Arch and a short walk from Bond Street/ Oxford Street. Highly recommend to anyone planning a short stay in Central London.

Unknowingly I booked a club room, and was delighted to have complimentary cheese and wine in the evening, which was excellent. The breakfast was also excellent with lots for of choice, fruit, yoghurts, cereals, breads, pastries, ham, cheeses. The room was fine, and a large bathroom with good shower, complimentary shower gels, and lovely towels. The room was serviced daily. The location was on a quiet street, and a short walk away from the restaurants and shops in Marylebone, and also to Oxford Street and Mayfair. All of the staff we met were excellent, professional and friendly, and made sure we were well looked after. We will definitely book again at this hotel, and use Z hotels,in other cities in the UK. Z at Gloucester Place - convenient Hotel - Quiet room, despite the main road. Junior Suite would be better option if you prefer a bit more of a spacious room. Queen suite is smaller. Rooms are basic but comfortable - comfy large bed. decent pillows. Clean linen and fresh towels - rooms serviced daily if you hang the tag outside your door. 2 easy chairs in the room. Bathroom is glassed off with frosted glass - shampoo and body wash mini's supplied. Friendly staff. Easy check in process. Rooms were ready on arrival. There is a canteen on site but we did not make use of this service. We booked directly on the website - tick your exact room requirements on booking.

Was for October 2022 bit late and have more coming but due to restrictions. Stayed there for a week with friends luckily my room was placed in great location. as always i love this place and is my first choice in london due to location, price, service and my personal convenience

Since 2015 I spend my London trips at the Z Gloucester Place (Clubhouse). Each stay was and still is a pleasure: clean, modern and cosy rooms and a perfect location in Marylebone. But the most Important reason to come back is the staff: friendly, service orientated and very welcoming. Special thanks this time to Brianne, Orsi and Madalina. (Housekeeping). Hope to be back soon!

Always a super clean hotel, comfortable beds and rooms. The staff are always very friendly and super helpful, the Manager Maria, Kayleigh and Orsi are particularly helpful. Really enjoy staying here, think I’m up to 15+ stays now. So conviently placed for the London sites and shopping also. Highly recommended!

Stayed there for one night in January. I chose this place because the location is great - both Marylebone and Oxford Street are a stone’s throw away. It’s also within walking distance to Euston Station, where I took my train to Manchester the next day. The single room I stayed in was tiny but cozy and quiet. The Wi-Fi was also good, however the TV couldn’t play any program provided by the network. Besides, be aware that your mobile phone or any small items could slip through the gap between the bed and the wall - that’s what happened to my phone! Anyway, the overall stay was good and I would consider staying there again in London, provided that the price is attractive enough.
