The staff especially Asmita and Raha were lovely and very welcoming, the hotel is on the high street near to local shops and the train station

One the best, cleanest hotel and amazing staff I was really impressed with the quality of it and how clean and quiet the room was. Specially shout out to Esley who gave us recommendation to a local cafe called ole which served amazing breakfast I will definitely be back.

Good location with lots of nearby areas for food. Clean rooms and quite location considering I stayed over on a Saturday night. I travelled for business so this was important to me. Lots of refreshments with tea and coffee. Florin the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. He took the time out to let me know about nearby places I can go for food.

The hotel is really conveniently located with tube stops in either direction. Loads of grocery stores and places to eat nearby as well. Room was well kept and clean. Asmita is amazing, incredibly friendly and efficient. She helped make the stay as good as it was. Shout out to Raha as well for keeping the room in top condition!

It was really nice experience, staff was really friendly and assistive, very polite and helpful. We booked for 3 nights and mainly for overnight stays, this was ideal option as it’s quite close to the centre of London and quite good on pocket as well. Overall a very good experience.

The whole team were brilliant. But I want to thank one person in particular. During the early hours of Monday morning I was woken by severe pain in my abdomen. To the extent I had to be taken by ambulance into Chelsea Hospital. During this time I was looked after by the night receptionist George. Who was absolutely amazing. And without whom the situation could have been a great deal worse. I look forward to staying again very soon.
