25年8月12日入住一晚，海德公園套房，離開的時候被扣信用卡414英鎊，原因是套房酒水少了幾瓶，但我們一家並未使用或者帶走，離開前我們看過，酒精飲品都在。我們多次向酒店管理人員申訴無效，而且酒店的溝通效率極差，態度一般而且不肯承認錯誤也不願意解決問題。建議入住的夥伴們儘量不要給他們留信用卡預授權，我諮詢了銀行，理論上預授權了他們就可以想扣多少扣多少，我們已經返程，一點辦法也沒有。希望我們這樣糟糕的經歷不會再發生在其他華人身上。
