It’s a pretty hotel in a nice location but comes with issues at the expense of the guests. Firstly, the staff could be more helpful, polite and well-trained. They were often busy chatting amongst themselves and didn’t greet guests. When approached, they tried to help but lacked attention. At check in, we were not offered water and fruits next to the reception area but had to listen to a tired staff who was on the phone handling a complaint. She was cold and uninterested after she ended the call and attended to our check-in. We also noticed that the room slippers were missing and they said they were out of stock. Fortunately, they were left in the room two days later when stock arrived. Room slippers are basic amenities and the management should have kept enough in stock. On the night before we left, we requested a taxi booking. The staff assured us the hotel could help us on the day itself but when we checked out there was no staff at the counter so we had to book the taxi ourselves. The wash basin in the bathroom is super small and the lighting is poor for applying makeup. A makeup light is provided but it doesn’t come with a mirror and can’t be moved to a different location nearer to the room or bathroom mirror. Similarly, the hairdryer is fixed in its position and can’t be brought nearer to the mirrors. These are examples of a lack of attention to detail that could improve the guest experience. The best points about the hotel are its accessibility to the train station and cosy ambience.

comfortable and generally pleasant stay. The hotel is clean, nicely designed, and the rooms are well kept. The location is convenient for getting around London and relatively quiet. However, the heating system was not great, which made the room uncomfortable at times. Service was average and a little inconsistent. Overall, a decent option for a short stay if you value cleanliness and location, though improvements in heating and service would make a big difference..

Quite hard to find the hotel if it is your first time here. Everything is good especially the restaurant downstairs.

First time traveling to London with friends and I booked a room at the Inhabit Queen's Gardens. The location was perfect...about 4 blocks from Paddington Station, which made it very easy to get to. Upon arrival the hotel upgraded my room without me even asking! They put me in a larger room that was super clean...I'm a stickler for things like that. The room had everything I needed. I especially liked their "spa" touches from the robes, to the soaps, to the shampoo & conditioner. Each day when they turned down my bed...they left a diffuser on with the scent called "clean." I loved walking into my room to the fresh scent. The hotel is also vegan. So, no meats at their café. But, I didn't mind at all since the food was healthy, clean and delicious. Note: this is a cashless hotel. So, even if you order a cappuccino you have to give them your charge card. Didn't bother me at all, but others might want to use cash at times. The staff are wonderful. Super friendly and always around to offer you help. Our first night there they pointed us to a wonderful pub literally across the street called the Cleveland Arms. We ended up going there 4 times during our trip! While I did not use their spa services, I would highly recommended this hotel and if I ever return to London, which I hope to do, I will stay here again :)

Within a 10-min walk to Paddington Station, Inhabit Queen’s Gardens is a classy yet cozy hotel to stay. In the first night our room was arranged in the basement that it was bit smelly from the drainage. We requested to change room to other floors and was accommodated on the first floor for stay of the following two nights. Room was spacious and very clean. Shower was hot and bed was comfortable. Unlimited supply of water, tea and coffee at the water station in each floor which was a big plus for me. Very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Honestly just the best stay! We were only there for 2 days and although the room was relatively compact, it had everything we needed and even more in some cases! As someone who is vegan, I often find it a little more difficult staying away when it comes to breakfast options of even something as simply as non dairy milk for my tea/coffee in the room but Inhabit HAD it! I love the whole ethos of this place and the food for breakfast was immaculate with really lovely staff who have suggestions on the best menu items! There was a diffuser in the room which was wonderful, it was very quiet and pitch black at night which was wonderful for sleeping. We also had a smart tv which was really nice to be able to connect to in our down time. We used the sauna on one of the days we stopped over too and that was incredible - left feeling like a new person :) Very easy to get to as well with Lancaster Gate and Paddington tube stations nearby - definitely would stay again! X

Very clean and close to Paddington station, less than 10 min walk. Staff was very friendly. Will come back again.

Overall, the hotel is lovely and pleasant to stay. However, the twin bed near the bathroom is sunken for some reasons. As we returned to London on 29 May and stayed at different room and we had the sunken bed again.

Really accommodating and friendly staff, great central location, quiet clean rooms. Really good value for money and we’ll be heading back next time we’re in London.

Super close to Paddington. I walked through Hyde park. Nice and quiet area. Service was excellent. Friendly staff. Enjoyed the sauna but be sure to ask them to preheat it ahead of time :)

Beautiful hotel with the nicest staff ever! We felt welcomed and our room looked immaculate! This is our favourite hotel in London and we will always book this one when we visit :) Thank you!!

A very stylish hotel, nice staff, but some points to note: They almost charge me TWICE when I have prepaid online already, they charged again and said will refund to me while others hotels didn’t come across such issue. Hope the refund will be processed asap and other than this. The room is good. Oh one more thing the cafe inside is very decorative but I waited the food for an hour then the manager told me that the kitchen crew got some problems and the whole team left and finally I didn’t have any food at all for my dinner and just a piece of cookies for giveaway , again the hotel is very decorative but the above two incidents made my trip more memorable:)

I think is a bit over priced, need to walk 10 min to underground. The room a bit too hot. The check out time is 11am
