Benar-benar tidak sesuai dengan nama hotel ini. Biasa saja, apalagi pelayanannya asal-asalan. Menurut standar internasional, hanya bintang tiga ini terburu-buru lagi!

Pelayanan Hotel Hilton memiliki standar global yang sama. Sangat bagus dan memiliki lokasi yang sangat baik. Dekat dengan pusat kereta bawah tanah dan Istana Buckingham. Dengan anak-anak, tempat tidur kecil ditambahkan secara gratis.

Kecil dan nyaman, sarapannya enak. Di daerah London yang sangat mahal, sangat nyaman untuk sarapan yang terjangkau. Yang penting anak berusia 10 tahun tidak dikenakan biaya beberapa hotel di Inggris dan masih sangat ramah terhadap orang Cina. Saya tidak sengaja dikenakan biaya. Tagihan dari kamar lain dibebankan ke kamar kami. Saya kesulitan berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris yang rusak dan mengembalikannya keesokan harinya. Namun, efisiensi keseluruhan di Inggris rendah, tidak seperti di China di mana semuanya dilakukan dengan tergesa-gesa.

Perfect location to access every tourist spots. Near main Victoria train station and also a bus terminal which can direct to main shopping area like Oxford street. Also easy to go to Buckingham palace by walking distance from hotel.

The aircon in our room was vibrating. Heavy noise at night. But since we were very tired, we were forced to sleep.
And OMG, in the middle of the night, the aircon was turned off, the power lights and everything turned off. I immediately called the front desk. They said there were too many gadgets plugged. And OMG, nothing was plugged that time. 5mins later in embassy resolved.
And on our 7th day, while fixing our things, at 7pm the fire alarmed. hurriedly ran out together with my daughter who was already in her pajama.

We are very disappointed with the check-in experience during our recent stay. Unfortunately, the reception staff were far from welcoming, displaying visibly annoyed expressions throughout the process, which made our arrival uncomfortable.
Earlier in the day, we arrived to store our luggage and were informed by the receptionist that we could complete the check-in process then. We were assured that when we returned in the evening, we would simply need to mention our names, and the room keys would be ready. However, upon returning at 11 PM, the receptionist asked for our passports again and began the check-in process from scratch.
Despite our attempts to explain that we had already completed the process, he didn’t listen and abruptly asked, "Do you know your room number?"
To add to this, when another guest arrived behind us, the receptionist chose to prioritize that guest instead, asking us to wait. He mentioned that the card system was down but seemed dismissive of our situation. We had booked two rooms under different names, and he insisted on checking in one room at a time, further delaying the process. While checking in the second room, he couldn’t find the guest name and kept asking for it, despite holding the passport with the correct information.
Additionally, the signature warm cookies that DoubleTree is known for were not provided to us at check-in. We only received them when we asked during check-out, which was disappointing given that it’s a hallmark of the brand.
This experience was frustrating and fell well below the standards we expected from DoubleTree. We hope you take this feedback seriously and work on improving the guest experience, especially at check-in.

The hotel location is superb. First time visiting London and no issue taking the public transportation and if you plan to go for tours outside of London, the coach station is around 5-10 minutes walk from the hotel. The receptionist, Sai was very helpful towards our endless enquiries and tried his best to make our stay a comfortable one. The view from hotel room was okay as we are busy exploring the city.
