On arrival I was greeted with polite staff , Zac and Maria, they saw I was a little distressed and went above and Beyond to support me , Zac helped me settle to my room and helped with my bags as I had a few and my toddler I felt very welcome the night staff included security are friendly Pamrod on reception also kind and polite but my greatest shout out is to Zac. Excellent and valuable member of staff.

Dirty awful place.rude unhelpful staff.cupstains left on desk from previous guests.half a toilet roll on arrival,soap and body wash empty.stayed four nights no room service one towel for four nights,told receptionist but nothing done.paid £170 for Saturday night do not even cheap.

This hotel requires more attention and a stronger style of management to ensure that the average standards of service and cleanliness at Travelodge are provided. More cleaners to be employed and closely supervised perhaps might make a significant difference!?

Aura, Zac, Maria and Nilza welcoming and helpful. Lovely lady who cleaned our room (Luz) also excellent. The building has been spruced up, which is a significant improvement from the ladt time that I was here. Very handy for numerous sight-seeing trips.

Big thanks to Aura, Zac, Maria and Nilza for being so welcoming and helpful. Also to the lady who cleaned our room (I think that her name is Luz), who was excellent! Great location and significant improvement to the décor. Situation to the river is wonderful!

We wanted to be by the river and we didn’t want to spend our money on an expensive hotel. This travelodge suited us perfectly. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The accommodation is basic and comfortable. Not far from the famous ‘Ship’ pub and right beside plantation warf to catch the uber boat into central and east London, perfect for a spot of site seeing from the Thames

Great location in SW next to the River Thames, Chelsea bridge and Battersea Park. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and bars a short walk away and Clapham Junction station is a shot journey to central London. Staff are lovely and very helpful!

This hotel is a great location for us, we know the area and have relatives close by….location is also just beside the river Thames. Perfect Easter walks to Putney or Battersea and beyond. It’s about 20 minutes walk from Clapham Junction, direct link from Gatwick Airport! Also served by great bus links.

I had to come with my son to stay locally because we had to move house and had a two week respite in that new place was not ready - the staff have been amazing and the rooms are so clean - the bed linen is cotton and comfortable - my son is autistic and very hyper sensitive and does not like change but the staff here have been amazing understanding his needs
